Playtech claims International Corporate Event Awards win for ICE 2016

Playtech has triumphed at this year’s prestigious International Corporate Event Awards claiming the prize ‘Most Effective Agency Collaboration’ award. Not only did the world’s leading Omni-channel gaming software and services supplier win the award they also beats energy giants like Google and BP to the prize.

A massive achievement

Professionals from some of the world’s biggest and most popular brands attended the awards ceremony which recently took place at the iconic Victoria and Albert Museum in central London. Playtech, a huge new in the industry whose games are home to hundreds of online casinos, also attended and certainly walked away with their heads held high!

It was congratulations all round for the entire team at Playtech

Back in February of this year Playtechs exceptional stand at the ICE Totally Gaming exhibition was recognised by judges for its “outstanding event production”. Beating fellow contenders like Google and BP was a massive achievement for Playtech.

How it all come together

Work for the stand project began in July last year and they worked in partnership with the brand experience experts 2Heads. Together they created an integrated, visual and experiential customer journey around the company’s pioneering ONE omni-channel solution. They managed to successfully incorporate this experience into every element of design and messaging.

The Playtech ONE brand really has excelled in the industry. It not only enables players to play any of their products but they can do so across any channel and on any device thus creating the ultimate customer experience.

Playtech along with 2Heads developed, storyboarded, scripted and produced an extensive catalogue that amounted to more than 40 minutes of content. Cutting edge technology was used to create an unforgettable visitor experience which included a gigantic 900 metre space which was set over two floors and included a 36 metre central screen, 92 video content screens and hundreds of mobile and retail devices.

The judges

The panel of judges responsible for awarding the prize to Playtech commented: “We unanimously agreed there was a clear winner. The Playtech entry consistently performed on all criteria and we were especially taken with the quality and proof of ROI and also the clarity and explanation from brief through to delivery.”
