They’ve recently announced the exciting news that they’ve been granted an Interactive Gaming Manufacturer Conditional License by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control board.

NetEnt Expand to Pennsylvania

NetEnt just keep on growing as they obtain a license in Pennsylvania through its subsidiary NetEnt Americas LLC.

The process started back in October of 2017 when the Pennsylvania state legislature approved a bill that allowed online casino gambling. We also released news in October of 2018 which can be read in our story NetEnt Signs First Pennsylvania Deal with Penn National.

NetEnt have obtained a license in Pennsylvania through their subsidiary NetEnt Americas LLC.

The providers have now announced they have obtained a conditional license which will allow them to deliver their award winning online slots and games in this newly regulated market.

Agreements Signed and Sealed

Pennsylvania is in fact the second largest US state to regulate online casinos and with 13 million people, it’s also the fifth largest state by population.

Going back to land-based casinos, Pennsylvania has a long tradition of gambling so this news is exciting for the entire state. NetEne have already signed customer agreements with several gambling operators in the state and they are preparing to launch their catalogue of games as soon as they can.

NetEnt Will Go Live Soon

Currently there is no formal marketing opening date that has been announced by the PGCB. But as soon as it is open NetEnt will be available.

Erik Nyman who is the Managing Director NetEnt Americas LLC commented “We are very pleased to be in the first round of approved vendors to conduct online gaming in Pennsylvania. This fits well with our strategy to be live with our products at the first day of market opening.”
