1) Hello Marius, how are you? How long have you been with Redbet so far and what are your previous experiences in gambling industry?

Hi Jelena, I am well thanks, hope you are too. I've started my venture with Bonnier Gaming (Redbet) 6 months ago. At the moment I'm working on a new exciting project and my mission is to contribute to the rapid growth of Bonnier Gaming affiliate program and its brands:, Vinnarum,,, and

In terms of my previous experience I have been in the Online gaming for over 5 years, so my experience broaden in various verticals including affiliate marketing, Casino brand management, VIP player support and social media campaigns. Also I had an exclusive chance to build and grow an affiliate program. It's rare thus a remarkable instance when an Affiliate program is built by one individual. A few years ago I received this opportunity and went all for building from scratch an partner program and an casino online, which were named after my son Leo.

2) There are another two brands of yours - Whitebet Casino and Heypoker Casino. Are they sister sites to Redbet, what's their connection and are the players allowed to open accounts and get bonuses in all 3 brands?

Whitebet, Heypoker, Redbet were founded by the same Swedish owners and in 2011 were acquired by the Scandinavian company Bonnier Gaming. They are trusted and highly-respected worldwide brands. Main goal is creating first class entertaining online gaming products where the player is always the main focus. 5) According to promotions and supported languages, your brands are mostly focused on Scandinavia and North Europe. Is that your biggest market area?

Yes, Scandinavian is our biggest market, however most of our brands are very well known internationally. We aim to become the market leader in the European online gaming industry by providing our worldwide customers with a wide-ranging selection of gaming activities (casino, sports betting, Poker and Bingo) and by further offering a safe players' environment. 

6) I noticed that most of your bonus promotions are related to NetEnt games, although you have, beside Evolution, Ongame, WMS and Nyx, Microgaming too! Is it again 'cause of Scandinavians and urban legend that they mostly like NetEnt's games? Or it's maybe because NetEnt is taking over Microgaming, becoming more popular and wanted? What do you think?

We provide a vast range of new monthly attractive bonuses/promotions for all the casino providers mentioned above and all of them are very important to us. However, each provider is popular in certain markets, but from my vast experience NetEnt games (Starburst, Gonzo's Quest, Blood Suckers, etc.) are incredibly popular in Scandinavian market and convert really well so NetEnt is definitely the most wanted provider in this region.

7) Can we expect exclusive bonuses or promotions for Whitebet and Heypoker too, because we don't have any, at the moment?

8) All your brands allow manual flushing and have almost the same casino rank on AskGamblers. What do you think, how important is manual flushing feature to have, for players? You can also additionally explain what is manual flushing and it's advantages.

Our customers are very important to us and we want to provide a first –class support . Manual flushing or "canceled withdrawal" (this is how we call it in our platform) is very important in order to offer a high level of protection to the players. A manual flush is an operation undertaken by our online casino support staff to remove a withdrawal from a player's casino account on request. At our casino, when a player requests a withdrawal, the money is removed from their balance but placed in a "pending" state within their cashier for a few hours prior to cashout processing. During the period between the withdrawal request and the casino physically processing the withdrawal, a player can often access these winnings and play them back which many players dislike. Our customers can call or chat to support and request a Manual Flush which makes it inaccessible to the player. A manual flush does not generally speed up the cashout processing time but offers a level of protection for the player to stop them chasing their losses.

9) Redbet Casino was always very present across our forum - both from it's representatives and from players (there's even a special long Redbet dedicated forum thread). Do you find important and useful being active on forums and how do you like ours?

We are very proud that Redbet has great reputation among AskGamblers forum members and we would like to keep the same line in future. 11) You posses even 3 licenses: Alderney, Malta and Gibraltar and 0-1 hours withdrawal timeframe for e-Wallets. Impressive! Is there any flaw of Redbet (or your other brands), that you're working on in the way of improvement? 

Yes, we always strive to improve at all levels. Our team is growing fast and since the beginning of October we moved into the new larger offices located in the Plaza shopping centre in the heart of Sliema, Malta. As regards to the licenses, we have also just acquired the UK license. Another good news is that we have started the transition of our Redbet­/Wh­ite­bet­/He­ypoker brand to My Affiliates platform which we anticipate to be fully transitioned by the 1st partners to promote all our 6 brands with a single affiliate account, that is not possible right now.

12) Do you play slots and what would you do with 1 million euros of jackpot winnings?

Yes I love to play slots, especially that I need to test all new games that are released. If I will win 1 million Euro I will invite AskGamblers team, my colleagues from Bonnier Gaming and my family for a very big celebratory dinner!
