EGR Operator Awards is the annual event that attracts more than 700 industry professionals from the world's leading online gaming firms, who gather to celebrate operational excellence and commercial success in the sector. This year, the event will take place on Thursday, October 26th, at Grosvenor House, in London.
Awards for the Best Service Providers
The most prestigious event in the eGaming calendar, the EGR Operator Awards reward B2C operators for setting the standard in categories ranging from customer service to social responsibility, and honours prizes across all verticals.
Based on their achievements throughout the past year, some of the world’s best service providers will be shortlisted to receive awards in different groupings:
- 9 Headline categories (including the affiliate of the year, casino operator, mobile operator and socially responsible operator)
- 17 Operator categories (covering the affiliate programme, marketing campaign, in-house product and slots operator)
- Affiliate categories (bingo affiliate, sports affiliate and casino affiliate)
- Game of the year
Judges will review all the entries based on the criteria and will then take part in a conference call, where the shortlist will be decided. The shortlist will be announced at the beginning of September, whereas the winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony, in October.
Game of the Year 2017
Each year, the Game of the Year category recognises the game studio or operator that has produced the stand-alone game that has made the biggest impact during 2017. Voters will be the operators attending the 2017 Awards, from a shortlist of games drawn up by the EGR judging panel.
The past winners include the NetEnt’s Guns N’ Roses slot, Evolution Gaming’s Immersive Roulette and the Quickspin’s Big Bad Wolf slot. This special award is open to any game supplier, completely free to enter. Entries close on Friday, August 25th, at 17:00.
