When I get an email notification that a new user review has been posted does that get sent before they get rejected?

I've been playing there for a couple months now, and I've won probably close to $7000 but their approval and payout times are so ridiculously long I'm probably going to deactivate my account as soon as I get my last two payouts. I've had no problems with their checks clearing.
