Hi I'm needing some advice on how to proceed. I am a high wagering gambler and recently opened an account at An online casino. After depositing a few grand I reviewed my bank statement a week later and found that the amounts deposited were completely different than what was showing on my bank statement. Upon further review I had now noticed this casino to be blacklisted as the software is illegal. I have contacted the casino and they will not refund the money. Normally I would suck it up and kiss my losses goodbye but this one really irks me not only did I have no chance of winning but they also billed me wrong amounts and in some cases doubled billed me. Wondering what my fellow gamblers would do? Thanks:)

Another question, If your bonus balance is reset to zero on and an additional deposit is made they're should be absolute no bonus terms attached correct and the bonus balance is zero?

Hi yes it is my first withdraw with them but I am very leary because so many comments on there reviews really makes me nervous to say the least and when I talk to the staff they seem to not give me a straight answer:(

Also I don't really understand the terms when they say you can't bet over 30% because if your given a 100 bonus and you bet 5 dollars a spin won't the bet be over 30% when you near a $0.00 bonus balance? How does that work?

Hi there I have some questions that aren't getting answered from the online chat if anyone can help or give advice that would be great.
