  1. Royal Ace Casino has asked me to provide them with MY bank statements to prove that I didn't get my wire payout from them. I have waited for the second half of a 5000.00 win since November. They told me that a wire of 2460.00 went through on 12/21/16. I never got it. So now they have given me every excuse in the book. And they want ME to prove I didn't get it. I really don't think I want to provide them with my bank statement. Shouldn't they have the ability to trace the wire that they sent? And have the trace say whether or not it ever got to my bank? Thank you
