  3. All support prior to migration was done in-house. After migration, some of the team were absorbed into other roles (Content writing, Image design, Affiliate support etc) Conor
  4. Correct mate - AG run the support as that allows us to support many more languages (Spanish, Norwegian, Finnish, German) and have longer LiveChat hours. (Increased from 9am - 11pm to 7am - 1am). Soon the LiveChat will be 24 hours too. And Phone support too if you feel like chatting about a problem instead of typing Wasn't aware about VISA Direct though, AFAIk, we're adding a bunch of new deposit and withdrawal methods this quarter.   6. Hey there I still stand by this stat that the vast majority of withdrawals for verified accounts are in fact processed in less than a day The 48 hour time frame is the absolute maximum, and this still only applies for accounts that are pending Documents and document checks. Conor

The verification documents should all be carried over The reason you could not deposit from Malta is that our payment provider at the time (Adyen) made a move to not allow deposits from Malta quite literally overnight. I'm pretty sure we sent an email about it though to all effected players? This is because the data on previous deposit and withdrawal methods was not passed over in the migration. Once you deposit with a method again, that will be available as a withdrawal method
  11. Hey all, As stated in another thread, our withdrawal times are still within a day. The only instance a withdrawal may take up to the maximum wait time of 48 hours is if documents are required to be verified prior to the withdrawal being processed. Conor

Hey folks, To make things easier on all of us, here is a copy of our answers posted today about various questions on another forum. @pinnit2015 Regarding promotions, we will have a say, and can create and design our own to run whenever we like Game RTPs? Our games RTPs will be operated in the same manner the rest of the Aspire Groups are immediately after launch, however, Aspire have agreed to allow RTPs to be customised by brand instead of one network setting in 2020. So the lower RTP on some games will be a short term concern. Fees On Deposits & Withdrawals? There will be no fees on deposits and withdrawals. Thursday Treat? Thursday Treat will be replaced with Sunday Spins and will work quite similarly to our current Thursday Treat promotion. LiveChat Support? In order to operate in more languages, and for longer periods of time, our LiveChat Support will be operated by Aspire. Wagering Requirements? Our wagering requirements will be between 20x - 25x on all bonuses depending on the promotion. This is a decision made on our part to offset the game contributions and RTPs of some of the games. Games Contributions? As the contributions of the games are set across all casinos in the Aspire back office, we will not be able to differ from the rest of the Aspire Group in this regard. Withdrawal Times? Withdrawal times will be as they are across the Aspire Group, however, we have been assured that the 48-hour time frame is the absolute maximum (KYC and Document checks etc) and that the vast majority of withdrawals are processed within less than a day. Please note, VIP players will have express withdrawals which operate much faster, and Aspire are already working towards decreasing our withdrawal times. Why Are We Moving? As confirmed in a previous post, we are moving as our platform provider currently (Pariplay), had been bought over by Aspire Global. Did You Get Bought By Aspire? No, TradaCasino is still owned entirely by TradaGames. One Welcome Bonus Per Site? This is done on a case-by-case basis and is primarily applied for the “serial” First Time Depositors. i.e, those who rarely/never make cash deposits on the Aspire platform. Games Selection?
