  1. MR SMITH CASINO THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT..AND HERE IS WHY Wow where do i start. Ive been on this site a couple of years amd used paypal to deposit back in the day around 2017. But in january 2019 i closed my paypal down. So used my visa to deposit since then No issues until i won and tried to withdraw £140. The only option to withdraw was to paypal. So i thought. Simple mistake ill go onto chat and resolve it . Ha! The lovely operator proceeded to tell me id made a deposit by paypal. And i told her this was not possible as i hadnt had a paypal account since January ( its now april) she brushed that off and told me i was mistaken. So i took my time to screen shot the transactions id made on the site and even on my online banking. And she still said i was incorrect. I went back into chat to speak to someone else and i asked him to confirm my last transaction and via what means it was done. My answer was it was today by visa!! Great. I have proof. So i asked what is the need to withdraw back to paypal. He couldnt answer and told me i that the site needed verification that my paypal account wasnt in use anymore. So they can remove it and let me withdraw to my visa id debited on. Ahhh i started jumping through the hoops for them Luckily i had an email off paypal stating my account was closed. So i screenshoted it and sent it through verification as requested. An hour later i got a response saying that it didnt show my paypal account numbers??? I told them paypal DIDN'T HAVE ACCOUNT NUMBERS and went back on chat. ( in the meantime i had requested SIX callbacks and i didn't get ONE phone call. Just emails shortly after asking me how to call went and to provide feedback. What!?) So back on chat the operator told me he had spoken to " another team" and they said they wanted the email to show MY EMAIL address. And apologised for the misunderstanding.hmmmmmm?! So sent an email AGAIN. showing my email address. And guess what the response was!?! Haha they wanted the email to show paypal account numbers. Something that dont even exist...so feeling quite angry i went BACK onto chat and another operator told me he had spoken to the team and now they want an offical letter off paypal stating my account was closed???!! Oh wow I hit the roof! Why all this drama when i hadnt even deposited with paypal?! The problem is with a few selected gambling sites nowadays. They are happy to accept your money. But make you jump through hoops to get it back!! Update: i FINALLY got a call off them and they said Ohhh the last time you used paypal was two years ago. So we will remove that option and you can withdraw to the card you deposited on, just like that!! Honestly guys keep away

  3. Took advantage of the 200% deposit bonus and 100 wager free spins! Got lucky cleared the wagering requirements, cashed out 1500 euro. Wasnt confident it was going to be an easy ride where I could receive my winnings and run. And my feelings were correct. I woke up to an email stating I had breached their bonus terms and conditties by placing bonus bets over 7.50 usd ( or euro equivelent) and they have voided my winnings and put my original deposit back into my casino account! They always find a way not to pay! My bad for not reading the terms and Conditions! just a learning curve for someone new to the gambling world have deleted account.will stick to sites I know and trust in future
  4. joined this bingo site yesterday and deposited £10 the was a promotion in stating I would get £20 in bingo bonuses. Anyway no problems registering and depositing was also no problem I send it my age verification and I had won £160.00 off my own ten deposit never got to use the £20 bingo bonus . I was playing for most of the day to get to £160. I was emailed back from my verification and told it would take up to 72 hours to be looked at. I also rang the customer service number in 2 occasions that day just to be told I'd have to wait 72 hours. And there were no problems on the account. This morning i got an email back saying I have self excluded myself from the site. And the account will reopen in 2020.i asked Why would I do that with winnings . They pending ? Their reply was I've self excluded my self from one of their other rates a few week ago. Which makes me automatically excluded from their site. Please note in have never excluded myself from any site ever. They have agreed to give me my £10 deposit back. But not my winnings. I can't believe they didn't want to pay and are willing to go this far. Especially as it contributes 15% to breast cancer care. I thought it would of been re libel and trustworthy caring that name and emblem. They let me register and deposit it no issues whatsoever . There were no emails or the site never stopped me after registration saying i was excluded and I won fair and square £160. And they found and way to not pay me . And they seem to think I'd be happy with a ten pound refund? Why not my winnings. Do you think there anything I can do. The complaints on this site do not have bingo sites complaints even though I used the casino part. Thanks
  5. I didnt check the terms and conditions as I would of never thought even for a second there would be any wagering on own money without a bonus,so shocking

  7. Keep away! It's a total Rip off! I chose not to take the first deposit bonus, and opted for "no bonus" as I find it impossible to wager a wager on a bonus....... And I STILL had to wager x5 my £10 deposit? I've never heard of this before. I contacted live help to confirm this was true and its the sites rules, and helps against money laundering. So the money I did win , which was around 50, had to be wagered five times, so ended up losing out BIG TIME, stay clear guys!
