  1. Hi all would like to give an update, I was originally refunded £94 I wasn't happy with the refund as I new I deposited more under self exclusion so I then complained and revived anther £190. I still wasn't happy so I continued the complaint, I must have sent about 50 emails to various departments and now have received another email saying they found another account and are refunding a further £195 so I do insist people follow up complaints if there not happy with there refund.
  2. Hi is any 1 reviving reply's to emails sent to cassava? I've sent a few emails and no reply over 1 week now
  3. I was refunded£84 a few weeks ago I thought this was way to low so I emailed them last weekend saying I was going to complain to UK gambling authority as I believe I am owed more. I received an email Saturday saying they have refunded another£190 which I was made up. But I still think I'm owed more as there are sites I know I deposited on such as 777 casino which I have not been refunded for. So I've emailed them again will keep you informed

Yes I had an email saying payment has been processed I was a bit disappointed as it was only £84 I joined alot of there casinos I'm pretty sure it should be more as I self excluded from the very first one I joined 888 , I asked them to confirm but nevertheless I'm £84 better off than last week so happy days
  5. Yes or a flyer/statement just seems poorly managed I've had 2 emails neither very informative and to be honest left me pretty frustrated and on edge constantly checking emails when really they should of dealt with say 10 customers at a time really poor
  6. Well hopefully I've missed an email because I've sent mine over a week ago and still not been confirmed that I've been paid anything, thrust rating to say the least they have gone about this totally the wrong way

  9. I wounder why some people have had money amounts written on there emails and others haven't? It's great being refunded but they haven't gone about it in a great way could have released an official notice online to put people at ease
  10. Ha definitely, I had an email I sent to wicked jackpots that said " RE open my account and pay me my winnings or refund me ALL my deposits" so I'm kinda anxious on how much there paying back?
  11. Thanks , I just rang wasn't very helpful just said that they are really busy at the moment and best to just wait but did say was a genuine email so at least I know it's no scam thanks again
  12. Yes I sent 1 and got the auto response after it then I sent another one with bank details and didn't get the auto response, I think I shall ring them is there a number ?
