Solid Gambler, Winpalace customer service has actually been very good for the last 18 months that I have been getting paid by them. My concern is that if I am withdrawing from a number of casinos and they all seem to know each other or are associated in some way or another, I am going to have a much higher chance of not getting paid. Just trying to see if anyone knows associations of Winpalace that may not be common knowledge. To answer your question, I have not asked Winpalace anything about it. As long as I can get my money I am not making waves. Thanks for the help

Hi Everyone! I just stopped getting paid by Winpalace (as well as Loco Panda but that's another story) and I made a complaint on Askgamblers. Winpalace has then sent me $3000 and still owes me another $7000. The weird thing is that the sent the money to a bank accout that I have never used with them!! I was looking for days in the normal account that I have only used for them and then I just happen to check this other account and there it is! The only way that they could have this information is that they are associated with a number of other casinos that I have withdrawn from. I do know now that WinPalace and Loco Panda are not legitimate casinos to play at and have a history of not paying players and have learned my lesson but am still very curious from what source did Winpalace get this other banking information of mine. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

HI, I have been playing at RTG casinos for around 3 years but I am starting to run into all of the problems with not getting paid or slow or low payments. I am owed $17000 between two casinos although they have paid me great deal more than that already. I know that I now need to choose my casinos more carefully but is RTG the problem or is it just specific casinos. Also, are there US player friendly casinos using different software that are more trustworhty?? Thanks!!!

Same thing happened to me. I guess I should feel lucky because they have paid me $27000 over 18 months but have just refused to pay any of the last $10000 that I have won. They said that I need to deposit money in order to withdraw. I had the exact same thing happed over at Loco Pand where I won $14000, they paid $7K and then said I needed to deposit again to receive any more payouts. I deposited $140 and got a withdrawal of only $280!! This seems pretty suspicious since both Winpalace and Loco Panda have given me the same response in the same week! I have filed a complaint for Winpalace and we will see what happens but players need to take note of the same casinos coming up with complaints and not play at them. I hope you get your money!!!
