On your iPhone: From the Home screen, choose Settings > Safari. Tap Clear Cookies. On your Android: -Launch your browser -Press the Menu key, then press More -Press Settings -Scroll down to the Privacy Settings section -Press Clear All Cookie Data -Press OK I've also sent a reply to your inbox so I can check your account and see if there is a game that hadn't completed correctly.
