  1. That is the delema I am in with Slotsofvegas right now. I won and they split my winnings. The first wire transfer was said to of gone out the end of May. I never got it. The second was said to of gone out the first part of July and Casino said it was sent back because the account they sent it to was closed. In January I won at Slotsof vegas and they sent me wire transfer just fine. Now they are saying they sent me one already at the end of May which I did NOT get. Then the 2nd went out and came back cause account was closed. I have not closed any bank account. I think/believe casino sent the first one to someone elses account/ the wrong account. When the owner of that account seen they got $1536.00 they were afraid it would be taken back so they closed THEIR account. Not my account. Not me! So not sure what the casino is really asking but they want an account number from me to send my money back. My question is, and hasn't been answered, is if they want to JUST only send back the money I put in to play with or send me my winnings. That question hasn't been answered yet. I have asked several times what the wire transfer receipt numbers are. Still no answer to that. You don't send thousands out without getting a receipt eh? I have been being assisted by Cindy Greco sine the 2nd of August. Seems she is the complaint answerer to many casino's, not just this one. Very Fustrating to say the least.   2. Seems like Cindy Greco is covering many of these complaints for the casino's. Must be a busy lady. Also seems she comes in every three days to post on the complaint then don't hear from her for another three days. Almost as if she is playing the clock. Might be the best she can do when dealing with so many complaints. I was a bit bothered when she posted ''money you claim you haven't received''. Maybe I'm just worried they are trying not to pay me, or I'm paranoid. Feel as though she is saying I did get it but claiming I didn't. I would not be complaining if I had received it. I have not received it. $1536.00 and $1090.00 think I would know if that much had been placed in my bank account. The casino says they put in request to processor. The financial department is now checking with the processor for 2 and a half days now. Still haven't heard back from them. Beyond what I have done so far, I am concerned I will have to show them my bank account and not sure how safe that is. Nervous Nelly Kayann
  3. Oh my goodness. Thank you so much Guru.!! Thought I over waited and would have to wait way longer. IT is so fustrating dealing with these casino's. On my first complaint the casino is now trying to say they already paid me. I kept my email correspondence with them. A couple of emails were from AFTER they said they paid me and those emails spoke of them still owing me. Dumb twits. Or they expect us to be the dumb twits. Well, I was dumb enough to play at their casino. People communicate via email and save EVERYTHING. Email often, daily, till you get paid and save save save. Them emails they got dates attached to them. These scoundrels will try not to pay you.
  4. I hate to be a pest but I had a lucky April and won at several casino's. Well maybe it was a lucky April as a couple of those casino's have not paid up or just paid parital payments. From 3 months ago. I submitted a complaint in just one complaint about two casino's. Then one of them sent me a check before the complaint was published. So I asked that complaint not be published. Well they paid two out of 6 checks they owed and since then I have not even been able to get the others approved. I went onto post another complaint on another casino and it was published and being work on with Cindy Greco. It took quite a long time for askgamblers to even publish the complaint. I understand you are very busy and have many complaints to deal with. But since it did take such a long time I posted in the forum and Guru was kind enough to get it posted. Thanks! Well since the other casino, Rubyslots has not made good on the other checks owed me, and it has been such a long time ago I won, APRIL 2013, I thought I post about this complaint in hopes of getting attention to it. I am no more special than any of the other wonderful members here at askgamblers just that this casino has been diddling around for 3 MONTHS in paying me. Worse than that!1 they have changed my history which is very concerning to me they are up to something.   5. I am glad I found this forum. My complaint was posted still waiting and hoping for it to be resolved. I emailed everyone I could think of to get answers on why my wins had not been paid. Some were answered and some were ignored. As soon as Askgamblers posted my complaint I got some attention on the matter. Still not resolved but seems they are working on it. Thanks Askgamblers I was also looking for a thread to post a suggestion to the casino's themselves. One that hopefully the casino's would take notice of. When the casino's don't pay up for months they get a bad name. Fewer people play those, fewer dollars come in for them. Then fewer dollars they can pay out. You would think the casino's being in business would realize this and be more on the ball.

  7. Thank you for response. I was beginning to think no one was around anymore or something. Back in January I had won at slotsofvegas and was paid at the end of Feb. I Have seen others win and get paid that have won after my April win which I still have not been paid. Any help would be appreciated
  8. I have put in a complaint with Askgamblers over a month ago and don't see where it was ever posted? Having problems with slotsofvegas. I won in April and they split my winnings, which I understand the split. They have not paid me the first of two of the splits. Not one payment. My first of the split was approved May 2nd. Have emailed numerous times. support, chat, withdrawal center and anyone else I could think of. Got a name from a complaner posts of Cindy and even emailed her. She was working on a complaint submitted by another member here on slotsofvegas. I have seen others who have won after I had that have been paid. Good for them but where is my pay? June 14th I was told it was sent to processor. Nothing. First part of July was told 7 to 15 business days.The 15th business day was last Friday the 26th of July. Still nothing. What if anything can I do to get my winnings paid? ;-(

  10. I would like to see a thread that has a list of casino's accepting US players. It is such a pain in the butt to down load and sign up just to find they don't accept US players. Think? Or maybe I didn't read long enough and you already have such a thread?
  11. I am new here. I have been playing casino's for a little over a year. The reason this thread caught my attention is because I have been waiting for payouts for months. I eventually get them but takes so long. So these that are paying so fast in this thread, can US players play at them. Also, can a US citizen join moneybrokers(skrill)? If in the US, how long does it take for moneybrokers take to pay me once the casino has sent my wins to them?
