I was playing jacks or better on novibet casino on Friday and it wasn’t playing right as it should I was losing a great deal next minute the game throws me off and doesn’t let me load...then the site goes down for a few hours...after a few hours it comes back on and again when playing it was just losing more or less every game played whilst still throwing me off games and not letting me back on it...I contacted customer support where they told me to screen shot what had happend and to email it gen did his 3 days ago explaining why had happend requesting some for of refund and still no reply surely something is wrong hence why no reply absolute poor cunstomer services from novibet who are usually quite good
Been on there support page for last 3 days each person keeps fobbing me off saying they have sent my enquiry to the rightful department then closing he online chat before I get to reply
