  1. Thanks everyone for checking for me. It's still gone though, about a month now =/ Anyway, kinda sucks when you have been grinding alot of points. Had around 2,4 k euro to cash in. Now I have begun spending points on bonus money with a 35x wager and a 3x max cashout....
  2. Thank you for the replies. ValDes, you are right. I should be patient and do not wish to create any problems of any sort. There is much to like about 7Gods, maybe most of all their fast support and loyalty system. So I do not mean to trashtalk them in any way. Nonetheless, I thought it seemed to be odd since the system worked very well and for some reason it was apparently only the real cash option that was in need of an overhaul. Anyway, as I said. You are probably right ValDes. I have now frozen my account for seven days so I won't spend any of my points on bonus money or free spins. I mean 2k euro with 1x wager is pretty good. Thanks again. I would still be happy to hear from someone who plays at 7Gods about their experience though. I've played there alot recently and have had much contact with their support etc. Hopefully they will add a few more providers and get a swedish license as well soon.
  3. I have. I got the answer that real money exchange is undergoing some changes and that I would recieve a letter when it's done. I am however of a suspicious mind and thought the whole thing seemed strange. I just have this gut feeling that they the disabled it for me and therefore I wanted to see if anyone else could confirm it. It would take me 45 days atm to convert all points to money so having to wait longer just sucks haha.spicious s
  4. Hello, I don't know if there are many 7 Gods player here. But they have a pretty nice loyalty system where you earn points which you can spend on either free spins, bonus money or real money. However, a few days ago the real money option vanished for me (I have points worth around 2k + euro to spend) and wonder if someone can confirm it happend for all players? Best regards Paul
  5. Thank you very much for your reply. I will try to keep cool a little while longer. Best regards Paul
  6. Long story short (or as short as possible). Created an account with 7 Gods back in June this year and was verified by August. Have made serveral withdraws since then. Last month I managed to win quite big (around 23 000 euro) and my first withdrawals were paid out just fine. However, last week (9/12-18) my withdrawals were stuck pending and I asked about it and was told that my next possible withdraw would be on the 11/12-18 (which was more than a week). Fine I thought, I can wait a couple of days. But on the 13/12-18 I recevied an email claiming that they had found multiple accouns tied to my IP adress. I contacted support directly and they said it was probably just a mistake and that they would solve it fast. Over the next couple of days I was told that first the "fraud team" would fix it, then the "finance department" and on the 14/12-18 I was told my withdrawals had been sent to management for approval and that "it was almost done" and that I could expect it to be processed today. Today however no withdrawals have been processed and when I spoke to them once again I was told that the "finance team" was working on it again. Furthermore, I was told that all players are undergoing an additional verification process right now but it's only a "one time thing". And now I am left wondering if I will ever see my money. Any advice before escalating it furher is appreciated. Best regards Paul
  7. Thank you for your quick reply. However, can there be any backlashes or negative effects by using AGCCS if the issue would not be resolved?
  8. I'm wondering, is there a reason for filing a complaint here instead of turning directly to MGA?
  9. I see. However, this must be really rare though right? Anyway, Gammix Limited is up and running again now so hopefully this will never happen! On another note though. Do you have any knowledge what to expect or do (regarding one's balance which can't be withdrawn due to limits) when a Casino loses its license in a country with existing players? Best regards Paul
  10. No problem at all. It is a little bit strange to close down all sites over what appears to be the whole weekend and at the same time not offer any kind of support. If it would be as you say ValDes, how hard would it be to get paid if they are "closing doors"?
  11. This casino is part of Gammix Limited and all of their sites seem to have the same problem right now. No support available at all on any site. However, on one of their casinos "fairplay casino" there is a message on their main page that they are down for maintenance. I guess that goes for the whole network. I hope it's nothing serious though. Seems odd to do it at this time on a weekend.
  12. UPDATE: I was able to log in just now! Hurray! Hope it stays this way now =) Good luck out there!
  13. Good evening, I never thought I would find my way into this thread, but here I am.... So I've been a verified player since August on (let's call it) X-casino and managed to win some money last month in November. I successfully made a couple of withdrawals but still have a few more to make. So I made another withdrawal this week but it was and is still pending and to my big surprise I received an email claiming and I qoute: "Hello X, we're writing to you regarding your withdrawal requests. Please note that your requests are currently on hold since we have detected several accounts with the same IP address as yours. We will process your withdrawal requests once all accounts are fully verified. Sincerely, X Casino Cashier www.X.com" I contacted support right away and the person I spoke to thought it was strange and said it might just be a mistake (since I joined in June and was verified by August). He thought he would have an answer for me in a matter of hours. However, after a few hours I got the response that it might take some time and I feel really awful right now. Now, I am certain I do not have another account (the casino is quite new) and it would have been foolish of me to create one after my wins. What makes this mess worse is that a new legislation will come into effect on the first of January 2019 which means that if said casino does not get a swedish license by then... well yeah, I don't know what will happen. But I have an idea since I found this on another forum and I qoute: "We have some sad news. As a result of the passing of the introduction of new legisltation in Sweden with regard to Online Gambling, TradaCasino will no longer be able to offer services to players residing in Sweden. All accounts registered from Sweden will be closed by 00:00 on the 1st of January 2019." So what should I do? Should I be worried that they are just stalling so they can close my account when the new legislation kicks in? It does not seem like this casino have applied or gotten a license yet. Should I be worried about this multiple account claim? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! Update: It looks like it was like the agent said. A mistake. However, I better show one of the replies I got just now. "AS I have checked you withdrawals were sent today for managment approval. Should be processed by Monday" I would lie if I said that I'm still not worried about the new legislation. I here turn to all of you, experienced veteran gamblers. What are your thoughts? Finally I would also like to add that I really enjoy this casino and hope my worries are unwarranted. Best regards!
