      Hi again Sorry about this. Ideally we complete the screening process on the phone so if there are any tiny queries we can resolve them quickly and easily. I set up the online survey only because it was specifically requested. The question I had was very specific and unfortunately I think we crossed wires over email so it felt a bit drawn out. As it happened, the project has been cancelled, but I didn't want to leave you feeling put off. Thank you for taking the time to fill in the survey. I can reveal that we have no quotas on demographics for this one, only information we'd like to record to give the researcher a broader picture for the interview. Our only requirements are gaming/betting-related.

      Hi everyone I completely understand your reservations but the only reason that we are withholding the amount is to ensure that we get legitimate answers. All the information we gather is used for the purpose of this research project only and will not be shared beyond Criteria Fieldwork or Jump Innovates. Your contact information will not be used to recontact you unless it is directly in connection with this specific market research. Your data will not be used to direct marketing to you. If at any point, you wish for your information to be deleted, we will do so. If you are not selected to take part, we will not retain any data at all. We’re looking for Bingo/Casino bettors who have deposited or withdrawn/attempted to withdraw large amounts of money.
