An advice to all of you having a similar withdrawal refuse situations - if you are certain that you've not violated the rules, then find a lawyer who specialises in such gambling cases. He would know how to defend your rights and get your money back i.e. he would probably warn them that should they not give back what they owe you, he'll make sure they'll have their gambling liscence revoked. This worked for me once and it's the only way to deal with betting sites.

"no time scale on the investigation by the ipoker team" this is ridiculous. I've had similar experience with bet365. My account was hacked and it took them 2 weeks to investigate. At the end, despite all the evidences I presented, their conclusion was that my account have not been hacked.
