Prefer casinos to the player

Does anyone else think that ask gamblers seem more concerned for the casino than they do for the player. I belong to another site like this where they go above and beyond for the player (only when it is fair of course) but I thought I would give this forum and site a go. I  had a review rejected as it was negative but very honest and true. If people can’t post honest reviews about a casino (without breaking any legal rules of course) then how is this site reflecting true players experiences!

Hi and welcome to the forum, glad you decided to join.

Well you couldn't be further from the truth actually. Have you even take a few minutes out of your time to check the reviews on this site? It isn't hard to find negative ones let me tell you! If we were more concerned about the casinos then I'm pretty sure you'd struggle to find any negative reviews. 

You complaint was not rejected because it was negative. let me assure you of that. @ValDes Will be able to shed more light as to why it was refused. 

In regards to the other forum going "above and beyond" then I can assure that we do here too and considering you only reigistered an acount here 9 hours ago I think you've made a pretty unfair statement. I hope over time you'll see were wrong.

Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. 

Well, needless to say it's kinda ridiculous coming up with such declarations considering the fact you obviously don't know much about AskGamblers in general nor any of our services in particular. Maybe it's worth spending a few hours browsing across AskGamblers Forum, Complaints section and casino reviews for example, pretty sure you'll easily find out that your statements couldn't be further from the truth. 

Till then... Have just reviewed your rejected comment regarding Betway Casino and must admit it has been refused correctly due to the fact you are addressing an ongoing issue without even bother waiting for the outcome of your eCOGRA complaint.  Once your complaint is being decided, please feel free to come back and leave a new review which I have no doubts will be approved if all AG Posting Guidelines are followed of course. 

Re your Energy Casino review, I believe that my colleagues from Support Team might have acted too strict following AG Posting Guidelines here. You review has just been approved and could be found here:

Honest reviews is difficult to found on forums because no one want there affiliate revenue going down.

Allow me to respectfully disagree with you. It all depends on the 'forum' and the relevant policies and procedures set in place to ensure reviews authenticity. 

Of course, it's impossible to guarantee 100% genuine reviews are only accepted and published, but this is the point where you, those who read these reviews, become important and make the effort to report anything suspicious, irregular or dishonest which you might have discovered.

I do not see anything wrong in AskGamblers taking more care about casinos than abour players. It makes sense to me. Totally logical.

Actually, what we strive to do here is making sure the right balance is reached in taking care of both operators and players best interests. An incredible difficult task as most of you might have already noticed!

I have to say that it's quite easy to distinguish which reviews are more honest and which ones aren't. I've noticed sometimes that casinos offer some free spins if you write a short review of them and that's when you can see 10+ players signing up to AG with the goal to just post a quick sentence of the casino that has sent them this reward email and get their reward. But that's the very smallest part of members here, I believe that when it comes to casino reviews, Askgamblers has high standards and honesty is always highly appreciated- not only good but bad! In my 5.5 years here I've written quite a number of honest bad experiences and let me assure you, not once a review was rejected due to being negative.

I have browsed this forum for years actually just had never signed up. I stick by the comment. This site is in favour of the casinos. And I know others agree. Reviews get rejected because you don’t want others to look badly on certain casinos. That is not giving the people a valid voice. So disagree all you like that’s my opinion. And whoever thinks it’s logic to stand by the casinos more than players when so many casinos don’t play fair then that’s your weird logic. I’ve just submitted another review let’s wait and see when that ones rejected too! Stay to casino Meister they are totally support for players. Brilliant site.

@Johnsmitty26You seem nervous so I won't try to argue with you but in my opinion, there are casinos on AG that have 1star ratings given by players, why are those not removed? For example, lookup Pokerstars and you'll see what am I talking about. On top of that, you basically can open Complaint against a casino on Askgamblers so they are actually helping people.

Hmm, as far as I can see your review has been rejected due to violation of AskGamblers Posting Guidelines, Section Complaints which basically means our team concluded your feedback is actually a complaint and not a classic player review thus advising you to use the appropriate channel which is this situation should be our complaints service - AGCCS.  Submitting complaint against operator is way more serious action in comparison with leaving a review, therefore really struggling to see the 'joke' here?! Being offensive and disrespectful  with someone who's actually trying to help you for free speaks for itself so no further comments needed...
