Trada Casino - What's happened to them?

On topic though...

How clunky and laggy is the AG platform? Tried it last night and the pragmatic play games had 6 second lags. Came back later and exactly the same. games Berger on being unplayable. I remember this when I played at Casino luck; one minute fine and then boom. Happened quite often though.

So regardless of their ***** bonus rules etc and restricted games, if this is the level of smoothness no ones going to play in order for their terms to be an issue

I used to really look forward to the battle weekends I'd sit all weekend and just build up a tonne of free spins to play during the week... that was when it was 500 points. It's basically a scam now, lets say you are playing 94% slots, on £2,500 they are expecting every player who participates in the battles to have Lost £150 to them on average... it was VERY rare I would ever win more than £50 from my spins. I realise they exist to make money and all, but 2500XP is just way too much, I only ever play that much if I'm trying to beat a bonus, and my table game play contributes at like 10% as well ....

I went there yesterday to play, just to see that I cannot log in to my account as its deleted, later on, customer support told me that my country is restricted and  that I'm not longer allowed to play there 😕

The reason you could not deposit from Malta is that our payment provider at the time (Adyen) made a move to not allow deposits from Malta quite literally overnight. I'm pretty sure we sent an email about it though to all effected players?

This is because the data on previous deposit and withdrawal methods was not passed over in the migration.

Once you deposit with a method again, that will be available as a withdrawal method :)

This is due to the CDN setup at the moment. We're set to get a new one on the 17th which we've been assured will improve the stability hugely!

No problem with lagging although I do get a lag when I use the search engine. Seems to recognise the first letter straight away and then takes ages for the rest to actually type. Also missing the filter to sort by software provider too - would be a great addition.

Casumo do my head in with that....the click takes a few seconds to register and when it does it's normally moved to a different game

I wanted to connect to my account but blocked account, my country is restricted.
After several years with many deposits, I can not access my account. customer support does not respond.

Hi all been a while hope all good, 

Noticed a Trada post so thought I'll add my experience a few months back. 

Trada used to be one of my favourite casinos, the customer support we're excellent and friendly but be careful of offers they give since you can be banned for accepting more bonuses than you've deposited. 

Eg they give you free no deposit spins for Thursday loyalty and the occasional free spins and if your bonuses claimed exceed your total deposits you will be banned without them giving you a reason and just saying as per our terms we can close an account without giving a reason. 

It took me threatening them with legal action just to get reason for the ban.
