initially had issues with them with my id and that got solved and my account is verified. 

Now each time i try making a withdrawal  they keep giving me this error message

" We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request was declined due to technical issues. Kindly make new cashout request and wait until it will be processed according to a queue.

i keep chatting with the rep on live chat and they keep making me go in circles to telling to cashout etc... i am getting no where. I only went on this casino because it was under ask-gambler certified casinos i also noticed under some reviews they have vigorous versification process as i faced myself when i gave my id.

Hey there, 

Still amazed why you would write a forum post twice longer than your official AGCCS case?! After all, it is during the submission of your complaint where you must pay attention to sharing as many details and facts as possible not in a forum post... 

Needless to say your case has been rejected for the obvious lack of information. Strongly encourage you to take a look at AGCCS Guidelines once again prior using the service.
