Ignoring complaints

I think that this site likes to ignore complaints, I have made valid complaints toward a casino they keeps delaying my withdrawal and this site wont let me submit them? So my feed back is asking if you can fix this issue that would be great thanks

I just find it odd that I make a complaint about slotsmillion withdrawal time I submitted a screenshot of me talking to felix, and I always get a message telling me that my complaint was rejected. Now it's at the point where I try to make a complaint and it wont even submit to be reviewed. I think that players from Canada where they said the withdrawal times are delayed should be warned at least because if you expect your money within a timely manner it will not happen.

Shot in the dark (seriously..) perhaps try without the SS? haven't dug that deep on AG T&C but sharing private dialogues publicly may not fly?

My best guess, either that or they don't like the tone, language, punctuation/spacing..

What are you talking about ? Sharing I made it private already also people share there conversations all the time as evidence, my tone is unlike anyone else when someone is delaying payment. All I am suggesting is when someone makes a complaint and it doesn't get accepted with evidence seems like there trying to protect the casinos instead of being there for the actual player that has a complaint. If everyone can't make a complaint about a casino then we might as well go to the other sites that offer the same services.

Also if you mean anything about the remark from me saying Canadian players don't get paid in a timely fashion then I guess the truth hurts.

Please be careful with your replies and remember this is a friendly forum! TheAverageGuy was replying and suggestioning a resolution and was in no way being rude and warranted that repy. Please take my advise and wait for our admin to reply or you can contact our support team who may also be able to help you further.

I personally have never felt the inclination to play at SlotsMillion, can't rightly say why off the top of my head, but I'd guess something in the terms rubbed me the wrong way, or the stated withdrawal times or I didn't like the particular font face they used.. (I can sometimes just not like the vibe of a place) ?

I do however completely understand the frustration, one wouldn't have to dig too far around the net to find a rather disgruntled post from me dressing down Rizk for the pending period "new normal" as my withdrawal times went from minutes when I first started playing to consistently pending 12-24hrs and support just brushing it off when I inquired with a blanket "we've always aimed for 24hrs, don't contact until that has passed"

Long story short, since the post, it's been much longer than 24 hours since we spoke.. my next deposit there and my continued loyalty, as I stated so cleverly, is pending.. period.

To the matter at hand, my suggestions were genuine, in the wee hours when no one is around and I am poking around here and there,  I often offer what answers, help or experience I may have on whatever is sitting lonely on the forums without any replies. Feel free to always take it with a grain of salt, I'm just another of the spinsane masses looking to find the reel deal.

7 days wait now? "Dammmnnn son'' ( The Labowski Term ?)

I made a withdrawal there last year sometime - First withdrawal 2 hours, second withdrawal close to 48 hours, 3rd Withdrawal (Verification again) however it took 24 hours more or less and yet they added new games every day, but have a 7 day withdrawal pending period? Even back then with Videoslots, if 15 minutes passed, I am on live chat already inquiring already... I hate unusual practices lol.

I really whats happening at SlotsMillion for them to stoop that low

3 years ago it took maximum 3 hours at worst 12 hours max to process withdrawals.

Their official pending period is 48 hours but they pretty much choose themselves whether to adhere to that - you know, cos terms and conditions are only applicable to players and not vice versa ?.

They've taken a nosedive since their inception. Also, whilst they're aware of payment processor issues they still continue to use them. What a fantastic approach to putting the customer at the centre of your business - hey guys, yeah we know our PP is ***** but that's how the world turns, you will definitely get your money by the end of the year.

It's funny because they always hold me off till the Friday knowing that there's no banking days till Monday. I make a valid complaint and no one can see it, I have been a loyal customer to slotsmillion for awhile now. My last withdrawal took 3 weeks it's amazing that they use the same PP and even more amazing is that I still play there.

I remember once I made few deposits with EcoPayz, on deposit number 3 I made a nice big win and wanted to withdraw. To my surprise they told me I can deposit using Ecopayz but then withdraw via Bank Transfer - Had to make a deposit using Neteller, wager the deposit 3 times, just to be able to withdraw to Neteller.

I am sure they discuss in their department - ''Oh yes thats Pinnit from the UK, aag he can wait no need to rush, we will pay him in 5 days''

''Oh this is a new player lets pay him quickly so he can feel special and deposit more'' - Knowing the house makes money in the end.

Surely mix reviews and per use experience based, one user have a great experience the next not?

Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers forum. 

Nope, I can assure you the AskGamblers Complaints Team do NOT like nor tend to ignore complaints UNLESS these have been found to in breach of AGCCS Terms and/or not following AGCCS Guidelines of course. As a long standing member of our website and user of our complaints service you should be well in aware of that by now. ;)
