Fantasino withdrawal problems

Is anyone else having trouble withdrawing from fantasino? I've been trying since Monday to withdraw but keep getting told theres an IT problem. Deposits are working fine unsurprisingly. I just think it's really unprofessional that they haven't emailed people to Let them know. Now being told it could be several days before withdrawals are back up and running

Similar thing happened to me on another casino,I had to wait for a week before they eventually paid me...

This is a pretty trusted casino, I can't imagine you would have any further problems once their IT issues has been resolved. How much is your withdrawal for?

That's the thing. I've never had an issue before but it's the lack of information.  It's for £2000

Is it just an issue with one withdrawal method then or all of them?

Then maybe if you think they are stalling your withdrawal you should open a complaint here at AskGamblers , if you blieve you've exhausted all your options already at the casino.

I understand that but I started the forum post beforehand just to see if anyone else was having similar problems. The complaint I made was a last resort. I'm only responding to posts on here, rather than adding
