Need advice on MegaCasino

Hello to everybody,

I hope I am posting in the right place, apologies if not. 

I signed up to MegaCasino today without checking review websites and I am terrified that they are not going to pay out my winnings. I became suspicious when the live chat app was unmanned then I have read reviews saying that they are non-responsive and don't pay out.

The worst thing about it is that I am in debt and the money I have won today would have bailed me out. I suffer from depression and anxiety and I'm not sure what to do.

Is there a process I should follow in order to encourage compliance on their part?

Any advice and guidance is appreciated. I already feel like a fool so please don't make me any worse! :-)

Hello JayC and welcome to Askgamblers. 

Mega Casino is one of the not-so-many SkillOnNet casinos...not so reliable nor that reputable...but there are some fairly good casinos no doubt. Unfortunately, Mega Casino isn't one of them - it has already been terminated by Askgamblers, so the bad news is that Askgamblers cannot help you out with your current issues. Otherwise, AGCCS (Askgamblers Casino Complaint Services) would be a very good tool for you.  

Your first choice would be to comply to all the casino's T&C and requirements, and hopefully you have not breach any of their rules, then perhaps you have a chance of getting your winnings. If that doesn't work, then you have to take the matter up further directly with the casino's Licensing Authority. 

Whichever it is, you have to be very patient, because time will not be on your side...it usually is a long and winded road...
