been playing on this site about a week.  The payouts seem ok as i won big on jack and the beanstalk on an 8 euro spin. not only that ive been given other big wins on other slots quite often, obviously a big stroke of luck but still.

however it says withdrawals are 24 to 48 hours. you can only withdraw 2500 a time but can request multiple withdrawals at that amount and ive got over 9k waiting to withdraw.  this was thursday last week and my withdrawals are still pending. im not happy about it. ive spoken to them and they keep saying it will be next day, obviously not including weekends. so ive had to wait until today and still nothing. they said tomorrow at the latest. Maybe its taken a while because im a new customer.

all be it you still got the option to reverse the withdrawals.

they certainly aint in no rush to pay me, but if it gets dealt with tomorrow at the latest i wont be too upset but if it starts going towards a week my withdrawals have been pending i will definitely not be impressed.

other than the withdrawals which is obviously the only reason we are here, everything seems ok.

 

in general the site seems ok but if you dont keep refreshing the page the Slots provided by NETENT and bigtime gaming become unavailable.

 

ive got screenshots of absolutely everything just incase they try and mess me around.

 

if the withdrawals were quick i would have given this site a 4 out of 5 as other than that it seems a legit site but at the moment its a 2.  definitely keeping me waiting and its making me anxious.

According to reviews they dont accept uk players however they have accepted me and took 3000 GBP out of my bank, but they havent paid my winnings yet. They even verified my account with a bank statement. @ValDes its only good when you see it in your bank account!

Did i open the harps feature, i had 3 free spins and it threw me 4 on the board with a jack at the end. i nearly threw up everywhere in shock.

however ive been told this site does not accept UK customers and im unlikely gonna get my winnings so its all irrelevant now. I just want my deposits back which is in excess of 3000 pounds.

 

its the biggest win ive ever had, i had about 300 euros and it put me on the feature, when i came off i had 13000 euros.

just my luck that ive been told that this site doesnt accept UK Players so i need it resolving.

You'd better give their terms and conditions a careful read and determine whether UK is listed as a restricted country. If not, you are perfectly eligible to request and receive your legitimate winnings. So, do not give up in advance, arm with patience and fight for what's rightfully yours!

Do they have a UK Gambling License? I've just had a look and I can't find any licensing info or even their terms and conditions!
