Roy richie: Cannot reach support?

Recommended Posts

I have the same problem. I´ve filed a complaint with the MGA as suggested. Seems to be a lot of players with the same problem.

Unfortunately, they have gone completely offline lately and no one is responding now to their AGCCS cases. :(

Now is the perfect time to see how MGA is about to protect player's money and best interests and handle this terrible situation.

Same here. I´m waiting for my withdraw since 3rd Dec. with an amount of 3.000 €.

I made a complaint on 26th Dec at MGA. They didn´t respond since then and as the days goes by i don´t really have much hope that i will ever see any of my money again.

Is there somebody who has expierience with MGA and/or bookies that went bankrupt? Is there any realistic chance to get money back? Or is there maybe another possibility to proceed against Roy Richie?

In a german forum i read that several gamblers made complaints at MGA about mybet (another bookie that went bankrupt) and they´re still waiting for appropriate feedback from MGA after more than one year.

MGA's so called Player's Support although not quite fast really will respond to your complaint IF it has been published according to all their requirements of course.

I could imagine fast resolution is what all players in a trouble would like, especially those who are used with our complaints service AGCCS which without any doubt is the fastest and most efficient one in the world, but there are unfortunately certain situations where we are helpless to provide further assistance and the relevant regulatory body is your only chance to get back what's rightfully yours.

Important hint:Although Roy Richie reps not responding to their AGCCS cases, it shouldn't stop you from submitting complaints against them regardless the relatively big chance of these ending up as Unresolved eventually. We have quite an experience with similar situations where an operator goes rogue and offline, stealing hundreds of players legitimate winnings and payments and thus having dozens of AGCCS cases. Then the brand is being acquired by another company which of course would try to get rid of the bad reputation on a first place and guess what... solving outstanding AGCCS cases is usually among the very first few steps to do that. :)

Sounds like a football player...

Out of curiosity...if you have a casino that's meant to be licensed by a 'good' regulator and they get complaint, after complaint, referral to MGA, after referral to MGA etc...are there any occasions that their licence is called in, so to speak? Or do the regulators just simply deal with complaint after complaint as and when?

I suppose it would take a lot to be stripped of your licence but just wondering if there's ever a review of it that takes place (and complaints being one of the things looked at)

Not saying that's RR.
