I had a huge win in casino. 50000 euro.

This was 7 days ago and they sendt email that the money was on the way to muy accouint.

 

After 5 days (they promiss 2 to 5 days transfer time) i contact support and they still havent transfered the money even that they have sendt me email vith information tht the nmnoney is on the way to account, That was bullshit and after 7 days i still arguing with LEOvegas support that  they sjhopuld release the money.

 

There is nothing regardin Bonus klya true or something klike that that should hold the money back.

So I understood everything apart from the last paragraph? Can’t quite work out what you mean by that?

 

So regardless of the email they initially sent you they are now saying that they are withholding the funds? I assume you’ve gone through and passed all the verification checks and additional checks considering the amount is so high?

The OP meant...there is nothing regarding T&C or Bonus Terms that should hold back the payment...unless the OP has unknowingly broken some other rules.

 

Last sentence...clear as day...except for typo...hehehe.

 

Well, I am assuming that the OP deposited and played without taking any bonuses at all, so there shouldn't be any restrictions on the winnings. However, there's still other things like Duplicate Account, account verification, Source Of Wealth verification, etc, etc, that need to be cleared...so who knows.  :unknw:

I've seen it a few times now with LV that in the event of a large win they put the account on hold, don't give any details except internal investigation and spend upwards of 7-10 extra days doing "due diligence" on the account and gameplay.

 

The good news is that assuming there was nothing nefarious found, the account is back in good standing and money released in full.
