Codeta Wirhdrawal - Status Still Pending After 8 Days

Hello,

 

mein Auszahlungsstatus bei codeta ist seit 8 Tagen aus „in Bearbeitung“. Der Kundenservice ist nicht zu erreichen.

Weder per Mail, Chat oder telefonisch.

Im Netz spricht man häufig von Verifikation. Aber ich bekomme keine Mail von Codeta oder habe irgendwo die Möglichkeit meine Ausweiskopie abzugeben.

Könnt ihr mir helfen? Habt ihr Erfahrungen? Vielen Dank

my payout status at codeta has been in progress for 8 days. The customer service is impossible to reach.
Not by mail, chat or by phone.
The network often speaks of verification. But I get no mail from Codeta or have somewhere the opportunity to hand over my identity card copy.
Can you help me? Has anyone had similar experiences? Many Thanks

Codeta are gone - Now over to Jetbull. Another one bites the dust for EM.

Think it'd been ongoing for a while - Still were accepting players up until the last minutes even though in financial diffs - UKGC must only be concerned with RG?
