Warning for voodoodreams do not play there,
I have been waiting for my casino win since October 8th
they do not respond to email and the chat is safe and can not help me with anything but refers to their mail they do not respond to.

What exactly, if anything, have they said?

 

Their payout speeds look atrocious - stated that it's one week for e wallet withdrawals? Eek

 

They must have gotten a UKGC licence recently as pretty sure i looked at them they'd only a MGA.

how does casino that takes a week to payout, via ewallets gets ukgc license to begin with? 

I know they look for some other stuff when it comes to license, but surely having to pay players in less than a month, or 5 should be one of requirements too?

Went on chat... whilst they have a UKGC licence, they’re not accepting yet. Start of 2019. Told them they should really geo block U.K. IP addresses :-)

 

Good point - I don’t think there are hard and fast timescales but the GC have been saying that punters basically shouldn’t have undue restrictions on their cash. If that’s their timescale (I’ll double check) then that would fall foul.

 

Double checked - they say ‘within’ 5 days.

 

Compare to the withdrawal from Rizk I just had. 2 minutes. They really think people will wait a week? They better have 300 per cent deposit offers regularly and x2 wagering if that’s the case

Have you seen some of the casinos, who have a lot of F You terms and conditions , that have a U.K. licence? ;-)

 

I did offer my services to go through all their licencees, provide a report detailing my recommendations of who they should revoke, but sadly I’m waiting to hear back :-(

FU terms are all over the place, UK or no UK

 

once you get a bit more experienced its easy to filter out those sites, even without having to go through T&C. As soon as i click on bonus terms and i see there are 495 paragraphs, im out of there, i really dont need to read a single word to know theres a trap (or 10) waiting.

 

but yeah, it really looks like casinos are allowed to put whatever they want in their bonus T&C, and get away with it

Think they pretty much can and knowing that they’re never going to be put to test in a court of law :-) Some of ones iv read wouldn’t stand the test of fairness, regardless if you clicked the button agreeing to them.

 

But that’s why you should never play at said clip joints. Alas, gamblers are inherently greedy and the 500 per cent bonus offers will overrule common sense :-p

I thought Voodoo dreams was trusted casino with fast withdrawals. I mean their game selection is great... I hope I am talking about the same Voodoodreams casino here.

According to their site their withdrawals are anything but fast...but maybe it's like Caddell casinos: they tell you 48 hours but it's normally 12, so possibly just a max time frame....

 

Thought they were relatively trustworthy as well from having heard about them - one of the guys who was a good rep for Thrills casino went there and i can't imagine, barring a x10 salary increase, moving to a ropey joint, but who knows....

What a weird site they have - despite having their UK Licence they don't accept UK yet (nothing wrong with that - probably won't bother entering now)

But they still allow you to go through the registration process, even having the +44 UK code for mobile. You do all that and then they say 'country restricted'

So, anyone from the UK - don't bother trying to register

Do you know what though in the last let's say 2/3 months I've come across about 5 different casinos now that have a UKGC license but don't accept us! I found it really weird and hard to understand at first but i'm finding its not even uncommon now.  Still strange though.

They’ll have paid the application fee for it (peanuts) but the annual fee is based upon their gross yield; quite hefty but they won’t need to pay it as they don’t actually provide any services yet  : I think...(otherwise it’s be Nuts to pay over 500k for something you don’t essentially use)

They may have intended to go into the U.K. but with RG issues cropping up and the Taxes increasing in October some places may be thinking twice.
