Policy interpretations of fellow gamblers

Hello forum, i have a question refering to 2 policy infractions i was hit with. One was saying i used free monies in tournaments. Which disqualified me. I did use winnings from a friday free spins. This promo said i get 10 spins, and the most possible winnings was $10 from spins. However the most allowed cashout was $50. I won $2.45 on free spins. Played keno. Hit 6/6 with .01 played for $20. As i continued to play excess of $10 after playthrough was met I was reduced to $8.65. Thats when i played the tournaments. So first, were they wrong on removing the excess of $10. And second as terms of the free money, the policy says that after wager requirements are met. The remainder is considered Real cash. I would share the policies here but don't know how.
