Lord...I still think they're an excellent outfit (lost 50 quid deposit sorted in 30 minutes with no document requests of bank statements etc) but their support today has been beyond poor. They seemingly have Bonanza. Try to load - Game not Found. Support are telling me to try different browsers or install flash or try a different device. Yes I know...

 

Can someone check to see if they can load it before i look like a complete moron and start saying 'ITS UR SITE! ARGH!'

Unfortunately, it seems like you won't be able to play your beloved Bonanza there, at least for some time... 

 

The game is perfectly okay playing from any country other than UK.

Cheers guys.... thought it was something about being based in UK. Really disappointed with Novibet support though - unhelpful and to be honest a tad rude.

To be honest dude I’ll probably not play there again such was the attitude of their support that they’ve just annoyed me - talking to me as if I’m an idiot...grr.

 

The only real casino I regularly play at that doesn’t have it is LV Bet - play for the BF games if I fancy a session and Novomatice. But ur right, I like to throw the odd 20 on 40ps at Bonanza and if iv a session that doesn’t have it, it feels like a waste.

I told them to tell their tech team that I only accept bonus wins over 250x :-p

 

Bonanaza, at a guess, gives 250 x plus every 15 bonus rounds... with an average of 650 spins plus between them that doesn’t read good... why I play it I dunno. But I do like leaving the room and, with the laptop tilted on the sofa, seeing those sticks of dynamite when I enter

Just ping this onto this thread...

 

Things I liked about Novibet was they had to ability to cancel a withdrawal. It was flushed basically.

 

Now I see they’ve added a cancel pending button sadly. Not hard to think why
