this casino scammed me out of my winnings

They are very nice to you if you just keep depositing but when i tried to withdraw, i got an email telling me that i violated casino policy blabla.

that i played blackjack and therfore forfitted my bonus. wich is not true. 

i asked for proof  but no response. byebye $800

Your post has been approved but as you can see I've edited it along with your title. Not familiar with this particular casino but have you actually checked their terms and conditions to see if you can play blackjack on a bonus?

I'm reading this issue as the OP did not play Blackjack, as opposed to what has been said by the casino...but not providing any proof of him/her playing Blackjack either. Anyway, I would avoid taking up any bonus if bonus money can only be played on BetSoft, Fugaso and GS games. There are quite a number of such casinos around, which to me personally, are of not much good even when playing without any bonus taken!

Oh jeez, I knew it as soon I read the names of the games providers it must be another casino from Equinox Dynamic. Poor bonus terms and limited games to play with bonus money, long withdrawal time etc.

Just another example why I don't like the bonuses offered by casinos. There's always some fine print that will end up being a killjoy for your gaming experience...

To be fair, a lot of the issues are caused by people not reading the terms. Put the key bonus terms in a nice sparkly box with bullet points, however, rather than page 5, third paragraph down, second word in 

 

The ones that are ambiguous need to be sorted - eg. there's an increasing number who say 'you cannot lower your bets to less than 25%, after a big win', but don't say what a big win etc. That's basically a clause for them to pull out in order to confiscate winnings. 

 

I do take the odd deposit bonus as a second chance but very rarely - they're rubbish here in the UK anyway.

 

Free spins with a deposit don't interest me in the slightest. In fact, few free spins so. Or extra spins   Only play them if they're in the account but only if 10 or more. I just leave 5 to expire.

 

I've migrated primarily from being a bonus player to now cash in the main. Partly because of the game restrictions that mean i'd have to play a game i don't want to but mainly because of the increase in wagering across casinos.

Hi. I'm having payment delay -issues with this casino now. Whole week has gone, and they haven't even checked my documents yet. I did withdrawal of 460 euros. Also, live chat, email and phone customer services aren't answering. I'm hoping that you and me will get our withdrawals.
