Good evening, all-

 

Does anyone have a general idea or time frame for when a complaint is submitted to (thank god for your site) your website and any resolution is completed? Not saying you guys aren’t doing anything, btw. Just wondering bc I’ve been double charged, money withdrawn from my credit card without authorization by RubySlots.com. Does anybody have a time frame for resolution at all? Thanks so much!

I think it depends how quick the casino on this matter responses or whether they are willing to co-operate to solve the issue. As far as I know, Ruby Slots is notorious for their slow to non-payment or ridiculous huge amount of fees. They are in the blacklist for a reason (probable more reasons).

Has your complaint gone live on our site? Our other admin can check that for you better than me but then it's pretty much what Leo has already said. It's up to the casino to then respond to the complaint.
