Ruby Slots Casino - Deducting bonuses from withdrawals

Recommended Posts

Okay, so I received a text with a code for a 350% match bonus no play through required and earlier used a bonus with a match and a 25x playthrough requirement, on the second one, I completed the playthrough requirement. I confirmed this by after depositing, my balance was $500 but withdrawalable balance was $300. So, obviously I deposited $300, their bonus was $200. So it showed my playthrough dollar amount through my playing, and then I met the wagering requirement, and I was then showing a balance of $800 and withdrawlable balance of $800, due to a lot of playing, losing and winning. Then I played the next weekend with the 350% match no playthrough requirement, and won and lost won and lost. Eventually cashed out at $1200 or so. I sent in all my verification docs, approved by a rep via email. So I have that $1200 pending for the past week.

The rep can’t comfirm time frame for receiving the payout, and the amount hasn’t been approved yet. Seeing a lot of horror stories w this site (ruby) about waiting months to get money or them taking out the bonus amount, even though the playthrough amount was met. Why do they have a playthrough amount requirement if they are just going to take the bonus away anyway? Should I be expecting to get approved for much less than $1200 now???

Thanks so much for any help.

Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers.

Regarding your payout time frame - well, it will take some time I guess, probably at least a month or so reading through their AG Complaints History here. :(

Regarding the bonus amount deduction - must see the relevant terms attached to the bonuses used in order to response adequately. In any case, feel free to take a look at their promotional terms, I believe the matter has been duly explained there.

Let us know in case you need further assistance.

There are still many casinos out there that offer deposit bonuses which are not withdrawable at all. Why even provide such bonuses when they are to be deducted away when making a withdrawal? Well, that is purely due to individualistic preferences - to each its own (casino wise).

The bigger bonuses are usually not withdrawable, with some exceptions of course, whilst the smaller bonuses tend to be otherwise, but again, with exceptions. Basically, it all depends on which casino is offering them. RTG and Rival casinos usually have non-withdrawable bonuses. Similarly, this is also true for some dedicated casinos of Microgaming, Playtech, BetSoft, Novomatic, etc.

A large number of my withdrawals have had bonuses deducted from the winning amount, so this is nothing new at all, although not always acceptable. If you don't like it, then it is best that you don't play at such casinos - simple as that. For me, it doesn't matter at all - I still take those non-withdrawable bonuses.  :p

Payment timeframes - now this depends a lot on the type of casino! Only certain casinos from a very few owners/operators can ever pay within 24 hours, and these casinos are usually of the multi-platformed kind, not the single-platformed or dedicated kind.

RTG and Rival casinos are well known for their long payment timeframes, even stretching up to several months, and Ruby Slots Casino certainly fit into this group!  :p

  • 3 weeks later...

Everybody like something cheap and free)

Most people don't know nothing about game's of chance

They just want to find something new for them self. So best what casino can do - make confidential relationships with gamer.

How it's better to do - yeas, it's a bonus)
When you have free spins, or you can increase your profit - it's wherry interesting)
also it's a good way to check server's usability without huge costs...

This is the way how think a gamer. From another side you can see politic of casino. Their interest in profit from gamer.

So one way don't be cheated from casino's side — it's find a trustful place and try to build long term relationships

Thank you guys for the info. I cashed out a $1213.23 and $800.00 balance. RubySlots charged my card $100, because I had fraud on my account when mailing in my propane payment and the company not receiving it for a month, and then when they did, it was all taped up, so cc company sent me a new card so in the mean time, I didn’t know my old card wouldn’t work, made a deposit on Ruby’s (and several after) processed just fine. Two weeks later apparently one $100 deposit didn’t go threw, so I said can you please deduct it from my total winnings, over 2 grand, but they changed my new card $100 to make up for payment that didn’t go through, then they deducted $175 from my winnings (the same $100 and then $75 for “fees.”) so my two withdrawals, first one for $1213.23 and second one for $800.00. Were approved for $184 and $425 (apparently) so anything you win on Ruby’s Slots, expect to get about 1/4th or 1/5th of what your withdrawalable balance is, and they will charge your card without permission. No wonder they are blacklisted yet I’m the idiot who keeps playing with them. I thought they were a legit company but guess not. I’ve been charged $275 for a $100 deposit that was an issue w credit card company. And my $1213.23 is now $184. Worst company ever. Stay away.

Worst company ever? This company is run by bunch of crooks and they should be shut down ages ago. This is a good example why I never trust RTG casinos. The way I see it, it's a lose-lose situation for the customers.

And on top of RTG casinos, I would certainly add RIVAL casinos too!

I have never won anything at any of their casinos since donkey years ago!

I've played at Rival casinos since 2008/2009 and they were good back then, I always get my money and the games were great at the time, twice a week freebies. I feel sad when they went rogue.

Have you tried playing Rival's new games, like Johnny Jungle, Jumping Jaguar, and a few others? Well, I certainly have given them some good plays...and lost money! You'd be damn lucky to get any win of 50x bet!  <_<

Nah matey, I haven't play their games for ages now, I lost interest in them since the arrival of better providers, Rival was good but  good is not good enough nowadays, you must be awesome, spectacular to get my attention (money) and Rival is not even near that :D

So Ruby is obviously too good to be true, so what is the best casino for USA players to use? Any suggestions. Thank you all for your welcoming as well. Ruby is just trying to jank me around soooo hard I couldn’t deal w it on my own. I won $1213.23, and $800. I had a small $100 deposit not go through bc my credit card company (unbeknownst to me) cancelled my card and gave me a new card. So I messaged them. Apologized for the inconvenience, please deduct the $100 that didn’t go through from my $1213.23 withdrawal. Okay great! We will. Thanks! Boom, 10 minutes later I had a $100 charge on my new card from Ruby’s, and then my 1213.23 “approved withdrawal” was eventually approved for $354, then eventually $109, because they had to take the $100 from the payment that didn’t clear(even though they took it out the second I told them to Just take it out of my withdrawal and said that was okay. Then there were “$75 worth of fees” associated with a payment that didn’t clear, even though they said it cleared and I was able to play with it??? Before all this happened then I won $900 something dollars, only requested the withdrawal for $800 so I could play with the remaining $100 and some change that day....that $800 was approved for $425 said one of the 987 reps I spoke with, but it “would be addressed at a later date” as far as how much I actually got.

So yes, I need a new site to play on bc I miss it. Any suggestions for players from the states?
