[Edited:] Money won followed by suspended account

Recommended Posts

Hi I opened an 888 account and got up to £250.46 so withdrew £200.46 and left 50 in. I then had an email saying my account was suspended as I had previously self excluded from another 888 account. My money is still in the account and I have no idea whether I will get the money or not as have to wait 72 hours for a response - does anyone have any experience of this and what might happen?

Yep, you're not the only one having this issue. There are plenty others who had the same issue because of self exclusion. If you do not want to play at any casino anymore, just stop playing there but don't use the self exclusion because you'd automatically self excluded from all casinos from the same company. The truth is, you will not get your winnings and if you're lucky you'll get your deposit refunded.
