Can any1 give me advice on my virgin games account please

Hi iv been with virgin games for a couple of years and I'm a vip member and did put a £30 aday restiction on my account about a year ago but last Thursday i had a email sayin i had won ultimate bundle in a compition which was a iPhone8plus and a laptop & a £50 shopping voucher but when i emailed them to except the prize because I said ....thankyou so much its come at a good time because iv been feeling a bit low as my dad just died a few months ago.... with that virgin games put a self exclusion for 6months on my account and have told me i will no longer be able to receive the compition prize because it's void as my account is now closed ..... please can anyone help me and advise me in what to do ??? Iv told virgin that I'm not depressed and that iv got a deposit limit in place on my account but they don't care and said there's nothing I can do about it ...
