Anyone Played at Gale&martin Casino?

Recommended Posts

Has anyone heard of this casino? received an email from Askgamblers with promo for 400% welcome bonus with only 20x wagering. So last night watching boxing i gave it a go, most games wouldn't load and many were ''restricted'' As email came from Askgamblers i thought site would be fine. On doing more research I found out they have no reviews on here, no UK license, marked as scammers on other review sites. I brought this up with live help and asked to close account and get deposit back(which hadn't been spent nor any bonus) Now they have taken bonus amount off me and said to withdraw £2000 to get my deposit back.

Hi Arron and thanks for bringing this to my attention because I can't even find the casino you've mentioned so the email didn't come from us and this will be reported for investigation straight away.

I have had a quick look and see a Curacao license but I've never heard of the casino personally. What do you mean they have taken the bonus amount off you and said to withdraw £2000 to get your deposit back? I assume they mean they're telling you to wager? But if you don't have the bonus, if they've removed I mean they you shouldn't have to wager through that just through your deposit.

Can you also confirm before I report the email that you haven't seen this casino on AG I've searched for it but can't find it but sometimes that happens.

Yes, I have played at Gale& Martin...just as I have played at Madame Chance...and a few more other casinos...and they all belong to Game Tech N.V.

As far as I am concerned, I would avoid playing at any Game Tech casinos...none of them have real-time wager tracking system, so you wouldn't know the progress of your wagering, unless you find out via their Live Chat service. I hate that.

However, there are many other players that have played at Gale & Martin too...but I guess they have their own opinions.

Only a few days back, I was browsing through the list of Welcome Bonuses here at Askgamblers and came across Gale & Martin, so I'm assuming that this casino is already in the list...or in the pipeline at least.

As for your deposit, you need to wager your deposit amount at least 1x first before you can make a withdrawal.

It may even be 3x for Game Tech casinos, so you need to check their Terms again.

Well As you guys know my Opinion is different from Others. Yes they are listed a scammers etc, but they are legit, as I made numerous withdrawals a long while ago.

Gale martin is sister of Madame chance and those are the ones I have influence on.

I like and trust them ...

Sorry late reply, yes 90% sure it was here as someone else said they were offering 400% deposit bonus with only 20x wagering. In reference to my balance after my bonus was added it went up to £100/whatever Euro's i played a few games and won £30. I then tried to play other games none which would load. My balance was around £130 and bit annoyed i couldn't play most games, so i then googled them and found lots of bad reviews and also allegedly no UK gambling license. I then mailed their ''24/7 live help'' and explained there had been a mistake as I was from uk and I would like my deposit back and to close account voiding any winnings. I put in a withdrawl and next day I logged on and asked what was happening. Their response was UK players were accepted and to withdraw i had to wager £2000(£20+£80 x20) They now have refused my withdrawl and all bonus funds have been voided, so no bonus but yet i still have to wager £2000 to get my £20 back.

I'm afraid this is yet one more 'trap' to catch unknowing players...

Any Bonus Terms would usually state that if the wagering requirement has not been met, and a player makes a withdrawal claim, all bonus and winnings money would be removed and becomes void!

Meaning...once you made that withdrawal claim, which was rejected of course, the bonus money was automatically removed by the system. The worse thing is...once the bonus money has been removed, it CANNOT be reinstated back, even if the withdrawal claim was rejected! Hence you are stuck with only your deposit amount now and yet have a blardy ridiculous 2000 EUR wagering to complete before you can withdraw your initial deposit money!

Well thanks anyway, attempted one last withdrawal and if that doesn't work and put it down to lesson learned. If no reviews on here stay clear! but when an offer like that comes along with such low wagering. most x35+ and on few occasions beat the wagering Spinit,Gday,Videoslots and miami dice recently. Oh well wait till the weekend to see what tempting offers are on here for low risk £20 to pass a Saturday.

I still cannot find it however I search but if you've seen it here then there's no need to report them email as it obviously is off us. Thanks for clarifying that for me Afi.

Well, I can't find it either now, but my note on Gale & Martin casino has a tick to it for a review to be written...so I did see that promo. Before this it has a NIL (Not In List), along with some other casinos. However, when I try to search for Gale & Martin using that Search Box, no result was found.  ;)

We've just been to...The Twilight Zone...  :D

Hi there Aaron and welcome to AskGamblers.

I guess you are referring to this particular offer - https://prnt.sc/hd0r5a

So, to clear the confusion... In rare occasions you might stumble upon an offer included in our promo emails which is actually referring to another one of the brands under the Catena Media umbrella. :)

yes and hello Valdes that is the one, after few beers and watching poor boxing the offer was too much to turn down. Been on here over year now, just this is only time felt need to comment/ask as there wasn't a complaints page(as casino not on)As not really high roller taken advantage of many great offers from here and in future do research and look closely at t&c

Hi,

I would advise anyone from the UK to avoid this casino like the plague. I initially signed up and played through and lost £20.00. That was fine as it is a gambling site, some you win, some you lose.

I then went to deposit a second time, another £20.00. I got a 2nd deposit bonus. I played some slots, but a lot of them are restricted to players in the UK, including the likes of the Netent range of games including Starburst etc. I then decided to have a go at playing Jacks or Better Poker and Keno. I did very well and got my balance up to £750.00.

I decided enough was enough, so I decided to put in a withdrawal request for £400, leaving me with a balance to continue playing with. Nothing seemed to be happening as it kept showing as pending. I discussed this with their online support, who advised the Finance Team was in the process of dealing with this. Still I heard nothing and it was showing as pending, so I decided to email them. I was quite horrified to get an email back from them advising the following:

In line with our Terms and Conditions regarding irregular play, we have declined your withdrawal request and cancelled your winnings.

These Terms and Conditions are available on our site.

We have refunded your last deposit  to your credit/debit card.

Should you have any questions please reply to this email.

So, my balance went from £750.00, to £350.00 following  my withdrawal request. Then when I next went on the site it showed that I had a zero balance left on my account. I was horrified by this and immediately started a complaint procedure. I also advised them that I was speaking to my MP about the matter. I did this and subsequently met my MP. He said he was aware of this site along with quite a few others. This is going to be discussed in parliament about trying to restrict certain companies, hopefully this being one. I would advise people out there to never join this site. I only wish I had read some reviews prior to signing up with them. I will however keep pursuing them and I will in time get what I am owed.

Please do not sign up to this false, bogus site, or it's associated sites, based in Curacao. If you do, you could end up with a lot of stress, hassle and  be conned by them.

How did you even play here? As far as I'm aware they don't have a UK Gambling license do they?

They used to be part of Alpha Interactive, not sure if they are anymore. Dodgy as, no matter who they're operating under. Avoid.

If they treat licensing with such disdain then it gives a flavour of how they view players.

Were spamming me months ago and i asked why as I'm UK and they can't accept me. Their reply was along the lines 'You can still sign up'

Hi.

Please send me your username for Gale Martin Casino in PM.

Also note - That only slots are permitted to be played with Bonus funds... You breached this rule when you played - Jacks or Better and Keno

Regarding your claim that you were restricted for Netent etc, all of us are restricted to certain providers when playing bonus funds, I play a lot on this website.

Welcome to Askgamblers

None of that really matters since the OP is from the UK and they don't have a UK license!
