Question on withdrawing Casumo

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I'm new here. I had a question on withdrawing money. I deposited money with Casumo but changed my mind of trying their games and decided to withdraw my money but they have blocked it saying I need to turn it over (play it all). Do I have any recourse to withdrawing my deposit from them? They said if I cancelled the account, they will retain my deposit.

Thanks for your help.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Did you take any kind of bonus on top of the deposit or did you just make a deposit and play with your own money?

It is a standard condition at all casinos...that any deposit (no bonus taken) must be turned over at least 1x before it can be withdrawn...with or without winnings. So in your case, you have no other choice but to play a game until you have wagered your deposited amount, then only you can withdraw whatever balance is left.

As far as I know, there is no other way out of it. Sorry.  :(

Indeed, this is because of their money laundry terms. 1x turnover is not much though, some casinos require more than that, like Direx N.V. casinos. They require 3x deposit amount or they will take 20% of your withdrawal amount if you insist to withdraw.
