Royal Panda - Leo Vegas Takeover

The latter has agreed the purchase of the former. 100m Euro's.

RP's always been one of the most trustworthy and fair so maybe now LV can throw some other providers their way because that was the only thing i found wanting at RP.

Hopefully it doesn't follow the route of good company takes over good company. And ruins them (or as Aspire Global did with casino luck etc, make it a different company. For the worse)

And maybe RP can show LV what a loyalty programme actually looks like.

Can't see withdrawal speeds etc being affected - RP's are normally within 12 hours max anyhow.

Wow this is the first I'm hearing of it. Not a player at Royal Panda but do like LeoVegas, comes as quite a surprise though at Panda is being taken over. Good luck to them.

I struggle to see the financial benefits to be honest - Leo's already got a good share (despite having a mixed bag of financials over the last year) of the market so not sure what the synergies are....hopefully they're gonna develop RP, not wind down etc.

I'm surprised because RP had really carved out a great set up but maybe they feel nows the time to cash out (and not reversible  :p )

Well, to be honest, the only surprising moment with the Leo Vegas acquisition of Royal Panda is the low price... In my humble opinion, it was either due to LV representatives ultra exceptional skills of business negotiations OR just RP being in a really bad financial shape.

No matter what, hope that would be a step upwards and most important, players will be happy eventually.

LV bought RP, not the other way.

Why did I read this just now? Leo Vegas kicked me out for no reason and now Royal Panda is their property I have my doubt to keep playing there.

What?  Leo Vegas kicked Leo Dubbed out? And now Leo Dubbed kicked Leo Panda out? Fair and square...fair and square!  :p

They kicked you out how? Blocked you?

Hehehe that's why I said 'for no reason', I dunno why, I tried to log in and I got a message account blocked but never received any notification regarding this. I didn't even bother asking them why, never been my favorite casino anyway. This issue is just like a f4rt in the wind, a brief incident. :D

I love Royal Panda.

Are they going to keep the operations completely separate? So far I see no changes in RP pages. Which is a good thing.

Hope so. RP send me random chips as part of VIP programme and that’ll all stop if Leo take that over.

RP give LV tips on player treatment and Leo send RP more providers. Win win.
