    Good morning!  As anyone else experienced a problem with Novibet's website that has inexplicably gone AWOL?!    Ive tried several times since yesterday afternoon to logn but I just keep getting a ' This website is unreachable / unavailable ' message?  I just wondered whether they are performing maintenance and Ive failed to see the notification?   Many thanks..  GT.   ;)

    Hi, thank you for taking time to reply to my query. x .   I did email Novibet yesterday and they said there was no problem and suggested I clear my browsing history or change browsers ( both of which I did , but still no joy?!!  :( ).    Ive tried Edge and FIrefox .. (  I normally use Chrome ) , but still Im getting the ' this page is unreachable or the site is down ' message.    Strange...      Thanks anyway.

     Hmmm.. I concur!!  Ive just sent them a screenshot of yet another failed attempt to load the website.    I wonder what ' stock reply ' I'll receive today!  <_<  :p

    Which part of the world are you in, GT?

    Sometimes, it can be due to your ISP blocking access to the site...I get those same problems with sites that I cannot access.

     

    Alternatively, try using 'CCleaner' and remove all internet caches and temp files. This usually works.  ;)

    Hi! Shropshire ..and yes, Ive already cleared internet/temp files ( im computer savvy , so do this on a regular basis ).  Ive never had a problem before with this site..only since Sunday when they do seem to have had a 'down'-period . I would therefore conclude that the problem has arisen Novibet's end of the world!     Thank you Afi  :help:  :help:  :smile:  :smile:  :D

    I would advice using a simple solution to check in such situations and quickly understand whether the issue if from your end or not. Just make sure to browse the desired casino website through http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and soon you'll be perfectly in aware what's happening. ;) 

     

    From my experience, I would say your issue might be connected with some brand new country based restrictions applied by the relevant casino team /usually that would be the IT team/ without notifying the other departments such as Support for example. :D

    Hi ValDes...  thank you for your reply.   I did use the link and it's not just me that's experiencing this down-time ( proof Im not losing the plot!!  ...honest! lol ) .   Ive contacted ' support ' yet again and forwarded screenshots accordingly.   ....Many thanks.  x    .   Now..where's that plot ...............     :p  :p

     Im in the UK and it's still AWOL..  I used the link that ValDes kindly provided to check whether the problem was my end or theirs..and it clearly states that the site is having considerable down-time.  Strange indeed!   Im a slither away too from collecting bonus reward... :o    Ive not even had a reply today from support regarding the screenshots I sent.    Not exactly inspiring loyalty , is it!  lol.   Oh well.. at least one of us is raking it in from Novibet...  ;)  :p    ps...save me a bit!! :lol:

    I too just checked and Novibet is now not longer avaliable in my country :(

    It's odd because they never sent me a notification regarding this. Eh well, I forgot about them anyway. Only the best sticks...or the worst.
