Fruity Casa Casino - Accidental Max Bet

Good Day fellow AG members

 

I made a deposit at Fruity Casa and took a bonus. During my wagering I accidental pressed the Max Bet button and placed a bet of $10

 

I immediately contacted live chat informing them of the incident and wanted to know what My options are? I am close to completing wagering requirements at the moment.

 

Now live chat say they cannot do or say anything regarding the matter, we will have to see what happens when I request a withdrawal.

 

Should I be worried? I mean I did inform them it was by mistake, but they cannot do or say anything.

Sorry to hear this Fiekie and this happens at least once to all players. Personally I think this is a poor service of them. I had the same issue at other casino and did the same thing as you did and they immediately locked my account and investigate. A few minutes later they unlocked my account and they informed me that I can keep on playing. No problems with my withdrawals.

I surely hope you'll get your money :)

Sorry to hear this Fiekie and this happens at least once to all players. Personally I think this is a poor service of them. I had the same issue at other casino and did the same thing as you did and they immediately locked my account and investigate. A few minutes later they unlocked my account and they informed me that I can keep on playing. No problems with my withdrawals.

I surely hope you'll get your money :)

This has happened to me before with Dasist and they came back to me and said its fine and still paid.

 

The fact that they could not tell me or make a note etc. Let hope I can finish withdrawal. Taking a break quickly. Losing streak suddenly.

I have to agree with Leo in regards to the bad service I'd certainly expect more from this particular brand. I too made this mistake at a casino, the exact same max bet was made at $10 I immediately contacted live chat and asked them to check my game history that I am a low roller and never place bets like that.

 

Not only was it okay and they could see it was an accident but they also refunded me the $10 accidental bet too. 

 

I'm not sure if our Jelena is working as the rep any more, but I personally would go back to live chat and hopefully speak to a different agent and see if they say the same thing?

Well, if you don't know it yet, our darling Jelena has left Fruity Casa and is now the Account Manager at Casinomeister. I accidentally found this out whilst browsing FB...looking for something else of course.  :p

 

Yep I was already aware she was working for our rival forum now I just wasn't sure whether it was an extra job or not. Hope she likes it though and wish her all the luck in the world. 

 

(But we always will have the better forum of course  :p  Might not be as busy but it sure is better and 100% more friendlier!)

The max bet rule is to protect casinos against abuse (and lets be honest, protect their profits). 

 

I had the same with Trada/Betat but the response from these casinos is that 'no problem, just don't make a habit of it...carry on'

 

Making an accidental max bet (and lets be honest given the max buttons beside the spin button it does happen) should be viewed in terms of a common sense approach - are they habitually doing this? No.

 

It's these different approaches to things that makes me leave (and join) casinos. 

 

Fruity Casa aren't great - still awaiting verification as they claim my DOB isn't the same as the passport details i supplied.

Just an update, So after I had to create an account which was in USD, they transfered my comp points. I had over 500 points at the time. Minimum was 1000 to redeem and x35 wager.

 

Now I saw on my ZAR account I have just over 1000 points from playing and need 10 000 to redeem.

 

Which means they were supposed to transfer 5000 points instead, they deny me of this.

 

Getting worst by the DAY...

Well, honestly speaking mate, I have not grown to like any of Caddell group of casinos...not even when our delicious Fruity Jelena was still around. Now that she's no longer there, even more reason not to play there, but I wouldn't want to miss out on their free spins though. Hahaha.  :D

I have the same opinion as Afi,never liked their sites,dont know why or maybe their withdraw time frame i made several deposits in Caddell groups of casinos but most likely i wont deposit there again

:huh:  How can it not be the same? Unless you accidentally entered the wrong dob when registering, but I assume you've already checked you haven't?

 

And yep completely agree with the max bet comment too - imo casinos should take this case by case especially if the player involved goes to live chat and admits the mistake.

 

If fiekie won big from the £10 bet her still would have had to contacted them and told them because there'd be no point continuing knowing you've breached the terms anyway!

 

Without a doubt Fruity Casa you should have been able to answer the question on live chat. Sorry.

It's all about risk and reward - when i deposit i'm taking the risk that i'll lose but hopefully i'll see a reward.

Good casinos will not use max bet to stop payment.

 

Bad casinos will.

 

Avoid bad casinos. 

 

I do wonder how consumer laws apply with their t's and c's (don't think gambling falls under the consumer protection act but may be wrong). Remember from my uni days looking at cases whereby terms were broken but courts saying the terms are unfair so it doesn't matter  -now that i write this i'm not sure that gambling constitutes a 'contract' in legal terms.

As for other things - yeah, how can they be - telling me that PP DOB is different - anyone with eyes can see its not!

I actually never had any problem with Caddell casinos. It took them about 3 days to verify my account and withdrawal time could a bit faster...5 bits faster. 3 days minimum I had to wait till my money is in my Skrill account. That's awful long for an e-wallet transaction.
