Oceanbets: Still Waiting for my Withdrawal

Hi there

I was just playing at oceanbets and I make up 700€ to withdraw

On 10/09 I got an email that my withdraw was accepted and they were on the way to my account..

Until today 20/09, I did not get anything, I sent a few email but is silente without any reply,spoke with the guy at chat suppprt and they just invite you to send email as they cannot do anything regarding finance..

So as I did today, yesterday and day before

But didn't get anything back no money no email

I don't know what shall I do?

Hope you get your cash but this is pretty much a rogue outfit - they were using pirated Netent games...given that behaviour I'd stay away in the future, even if you do get paid.

I did already closed my account with them

Also I had many problem with Ramses gold that is the same company.. :(

Oh yeah i forgot about them!...they may just be delaying so you'll possibly get  ;)

 

If you do, take the cash to a well trusted site, safe in the knowledge that in some cases you will only need to wait minutes/hours for processing :-)

Aah, this casino is a part of one of the worst company with pirated games and ridiculous terms. Those casinos only allow max withdrawal of 10x deposit if you're playing with bonus money. When they pay, it could take a lot longer than you expect.

But it's been already 15 days now and when I contact them by email I don't get any reply and by chat they just ignore me

I did tried before I said who I was and why I was contact them and they just closed the chat, don't know what shall I do

Well, I don't know about you but I'd email-bomb their inbox with the same content over and over again. send them hunderds or maybe thousands of emails and see how they react :D and if they complain about the emails, just say it was an error in the system :lol:

Did you re-open the chat box back up? Just keep opening it until they talk to you. Have you also spoke to your bank about it asked them to check if anything is pending?
