[CasinoHeroes] mistankly pressed max bet during bonus play (which was impossible)

After an incredible bad run last night I bankrupted and lost around €8.000+ at CasinoHeroes, but had some points left.

Used the points to get some free spins and was left with an incredible €1500.

 

I began playing, but had an error message that €5 per spin was maximum during the bonus money wagering (€66.000) so the bet wouldn't even register.

Fine, I pressed 'max bet' everytime (which was €5).

 

Changed slots and pressed 'max bet', but then it registered the mistaken bet of €100 all of a suddon, which I thought was impossible during bonus play!!

No I chatted with support and they told me this:

So I hope the misstaken bet will only not count towards wagering and not that whole bonus will be cancelled.

Aah, the classic max bet accident. You should immediately contact them about it because they will investigate your gaming history and they will find out about the max bet.

A problem may arise later, if you do make a win and a withdrawal claim.

 

No doubt the Live Chat host has said it's okay for you to continue playing, but I wouldn't put my 100% trust on that! Why? Because where withdrawals are concerned, the approval or disapproval decision does not lie in the hands of the Live Chat host, but in the hands of the casino's financial team, which would scrutinise all your game play and bets used. If they see your 100 EUR bet...oh boy...you may face the inevitable rejection, regardless of what the Live Chat host has said to you! The financial team's decision are always the final one!  :p

Already got a answer and they saw 3 consecutive bets that were more than the maximum, but nothing about the bonus

Hope they can forgive this stupid mistake.

 

If there's a forgiveness that should be given, then it should be from the financial department, my friend.

The Support team, and even the casino manager, has proven to be not-as-strong as the financial manager's decision! So get his approval to carry on playing...if there's a chance of winning that is.  ;)

Hmm ok they that to wager the €66.000 with €5 bets, and then they will make decision regarding the situation (if there's anything left offcourse).

Could be a lost of a lot of time or a great investment.

 

Hope for the best!!

You know, some casinos allow their players to wager 10% of the bonus amount instead of €5 per spin. Personally I think it's ridiculous if the max bet is €5 while the wagering playthrough is that big. That's more than 12.000 spins at €5 bet.

Yeah true, no it's really €5, no matter what the bonus amount is :(

Does anyone no the email of the finance guy at CasinoHeroes, otherwise there's a good chance I will be playing a week and get nothing?

I believe it's the same email address for verifying your account (documents verification) but best to ask live chat for it.

I place zero reliance on anything live chat says...even if they say it's ok I usually go to a rep if possible if it's something important.

 

You call them the financial team, prefer to call them the-team-who-are-on-commission-to-withhold-money-because-a-minor-breach-of-a-term-was-found-after-10-hours-of-searching  :p
