Hey, I just wagered a no deposit bonus of $50 on Hera casino. In this moment I have $3700 on the account. I asked support what's next and he said "you have to make a deposit to play/wager real money to be able to withdraw any winnings from free and/or real money" and "play through on real money is 20X". What does that mean? For example if I deposit $10 so that I have $3710, I would have to play down to $3510 (20 X $10= $200), and then I can withdraw $3510?

Sorry for most likely a stupid question.

No dear I'm afraid it doesn't mean that. You need to ask the casino if the wagering is 20x deposit or 20x deposit and winnings.

Let's say it's 20x deposit you have to play through $200 as you mentioned and then withdraw whatever is left in your account. However I'd be very surprised if that's the case.

If it's 20x your winnings you'd need to play through $3700 x 20.

However to be really clear what you need to wager go back to support and ask them what the wagering amount is on.

Unless anyone here is familiar with the casino and their terms?

Just managed to get on to live chat for you although not all my questions were answered as they never got back to me.

However they did tell me wagering is 50x and there is a max cashout of $200 from your free bonus sorry to disappoint. Still unclear if the 50x is on your deposit though.

Wow! Congratulations Knehasen for winning $3700 from just a $50 no-deposit free chip! Fantastic!  :good:

And welcome to Askgamblers forum too.

I'm not familiar with Hera Casino and I think it's a restricted casino for me. Some casinos have no max cashout limits for their free chips, but most casinos do, and in this case, our Cocopop here has already confirmed it for you. It's a real pity that the most you can withdraw from that $3700 is only $200, but it's all free money anyway, so don't fret about it though, hehehe.  :D

A number of casinos also require a minimum deposit amount of $50 in order to withdraw any winnings from no-deposit free chips, which I think is way too high an amount, so you need to know exactly how much you need to deposit to satisfy the withdrawal terms. You would only waste your money if you make an insufficient amount of deposit, and still couldn't withdraw your big winnings.

The best thing for you to do, is to read and check out the Bonus Terms carefully yourself. Answers from Live Chat hosts can be wrong and misleading at times! Like in this instance, you were told the wagering would be 20x, but Cocopop was informed that the wagering would be 50x instead. See what I mean?  :p

Also, it would be best if you make a deposit (say $50)...but DON'T TAKE ANY BONUS with that deposit! Taking a deposit bonus would only incur more wagerings for you to do, which is not what you want!

The wagering requirement on a deposit (no bonus taken), before any withdrawal can be allowed, is just 1x the deposited amount, so you may only need to wager $50, then you can withdraw $200 from your earlier no-deposit winnings!

Do not believe everything what the Live Chat host tells you...they can be misleading...because they do not always know the true circumstances or situation of your game play...they always reply 'by the book' answers...if you know what I mean.

As a new player, you need to know, learn and understand a lot of new things, particularly about casino's Bonus Terms and their Terms & Conditions. One small mistake and you may lose thousands of Dollars in winnings!  ;)

Hera casino is considered a casino with fake games, all of them are fake. I won't be surprised if they don't pay but of course I really hope otherwise :)

I strongly believe that this one is just the worst, bad links, fake license, unsafe website etc.

Their support is useless too! Been back on since my original post and they simply don't answer you, they said I'll just check that and never came back to me. Twice!

I was also told this time the wagering is 30x !!!!

That's a sign of a bad casino. They changed the rules whenever they want to prevent their players to win. I'd say , steer clear of this one. It's rotten.

I did the same with $50 free endded up depositing $20 to wager through so i could withdraw my winnings that totalled $17000! Now they wont reply to chat or email & even disabled my chat bubble in my account 😑 after a bit of research ive found they are not holding the MGA they display & are licensed by curacao under fake licenses apparently. Does anyone know what i could possibly do? I've tried contacting curacao with no reply of course MGA have told me hera casino isnt with them & i cant do anything through here because hera isnt part of this site

Sadly enough there's nothing you can do here since they are a rogue casino. Sorry mate but I'm afraid you'll never get those winnings. Be careful next time when you see something too good to be true and always investigate the company first before signing up. Best of Luck to you.
