Dream catcher money wheel RTP?

Kingraj

Recommended Posts

Greetings fellow askgamblers,

Im wondering if anyone can please explain how to calculate RTP for each segment.

54 segments

23 yellow 1-1

15 blue 2-1

7 purple 5-1

4 green 10-1

2 orange 20-1

1 red 40-1

1 2x multiplier

1 7x multiplier

Im trying to find the RTP for each of the 6 segments and also RTP for each of the 6 segments with 2x and 7x.

Greatly appreciate it from the community thank you all.

Errrr...why do you need to calculate...or even to know...what each segment's RTP is, Kingraj?  :huh:

Even the overall RTP of the game doesn't mean much, except to indicate how regularly the payouts would be. RTP's do not tell how much it can pay, or how much it can eat either...that depends purely on the paytable and the win values.

Understanding and knowing the paytable would be a far better option for any player to know...don't bother too much about the RTP...unless it is indicated as below 95%, which means that the game will eat more often than usual, but can occasionally pay big too.  ;)

I never look at any game's RTP...but I NEVER miss checking out any game's paytable!  :D

Hi afi hope your well.

My apologise i guess i should of wrote house edge for each segment with and without multipliers, i worded it wrong doh...

Hi Kingraj. Yes, I'm doing great, thank you. Hope you're doing good too.  ^_^

House edge...aaaah...now you're making sense...hahaha.  :D

Well, I'm not into such games, but I figure what matters most would be the overall house edge the casino has from that game. It's like roulette too, based on a spinning wheel, but the possibilities of striking on each number, or segment, cannot be determined for sure. We don't know how the game has been configured. We don't know how each segment has been designed to pay out, but of course, the bigger the ratio, the harder to win, we all know that, hahaha.

Winning big on a game like the Dream Catcher would depend a lot on individual luck, I would say. No strategy like Martingale, or Wheelingale (no such name of course - I made that up  :p) would ever be successful. Algorithms can go in every which way, under every possible betting circumstances...to ensure that the overall RTP is not breached!

Anyway, Kingraj, I'm not familiar with the game, and so, I wouldn't know what sort of house edge the casino would have. My best guess would be something similar to that of roulette or any other table game.  ;)

The intervall of the rtp should be mentioned in the rules and is somewhat between 90.57 and 96,58%

You can split the rtp into each round and add them.

the rounds over 4 may get a high multiplier, but are such unlikely, that it hasnt

any practical influence on the rtp.

round 1:

segments/54*(payout*multiplier+1)

e.g. blue,yellow,red:

blue1=15/54*3 = 0.833 (so 83% without the respins,but still counting the segments)

yellow1= 23/54*2=0.852

red1=1/54*41=0.76

round 2:

2x 7x in the first round, but not 2nd:

blue2=1/54*15/54*(2*2+1)+1/54*15/54*(7*2+1)=0.0257+0.0771=0.10286

yellow2=0.0868

red2=0.124

round 3:

including 2x 7x in first+second round

blue3=1/54*1/54*15/54*(2*2*2+1)+1/54*1/54*15/54*(7*2*2+1)*2+1/54*1/54*15/54*(2*7*7+1)=0.017

yellow3=0.012

red3=0.02

round 4:

.including 2x 7x in first+second+third round, calc yourself,only small effect anyway

.

total for three rounds:

blue=blue1+blue2+blue3=0,923

yellow=0.951

red=0.904
