Self excluding Trouble

Recommended Posts

Hi . I need an advice regarding a problem I've got with cassava enterprise . I've got an account with wink bingo and I've won £12.000 I withdraw only £7000 , in the mean time I found a different website and I open a new account where I played like £500 and I decided to self exclude my self from there ... unfortunately I didn't had a clue that the second website is afilliated with cassava enterprise so what happend is that with the self exclusion from the crazy slot website they blocked my account on wink bingo . I did send a few emails to them as I still have funds to be withdrawn but it seems to be impossible to clear up the rest of the money £5000 , they say that at their discreation can hold any money deposited... but this is part of my winnings and I don't see the reason why they should do this ! I won the money and they are mine not them ! Is there anyone can help me or advise me how to sort this out ? Many thanks

General rule is that any winnings post SE will be confiscated but if you won that money before the SE then i can see no reason for them confiscating the money. Having said that Cassava are a poor outfit who currently have issues on-going with their SE.

Lodge a complaint (here or elsewhere) and take it from there

Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers.

As advised by the forum members above, IF the wins and withdrawals from Wink Bingo precede the SE request at Crazy Slots casino you should be paid in full. end of story. If not then you don't have a valid claim and Cassava acted as per their SE policies and procedures.

If the first scenario and Crazy Slots Casino refuse to pay accordingly you may also consider using AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino complaints Service/. More about hot to use it here

Also, don't forget to read carefully all the AGCCS Guidelines and make sure to adhere to them. For more information how to use AGCCS, please visit our Knowledge Base.

Hello . Yes the money was won in June and I've still got remaining balance as that website has a monthly limit and the SE from the crazy slot was done like 10 days ago . I don't see why they confiscate the money when is from a winning and my SE wasn't requested from WinkBingo ! Thank you for your replies also where I can apply for the complain as I don't want to leave this situation like that is about £5000 left in balance and this was winnnings from

My deposits not from their bonuses .

I had 400 in withdrawl and theyv confiscated it and told me I'm not aloud it ?? Because I self excluded on another of there sites. I'm wondering if there's any way round it so I can still collect my winnings

Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers.

I'm afraid their no other "way around", but to make sure you are reading very very carefully all the relevant terms and policies referring to responsible gaming matters next time when you are joining an online casino.
