Codeta Casino - Anyone had problems before?

Hi all new to the site

have been trying out a few online casinos recently as my luck has been up and down

saw a couple popular you tubers using codeta so though i would give it a try

 

first deposit and a hour later was a few thousand up so decided to withdraw

sent all my KYC documents straight away as i though this would speed up withdrawal times

had the email saying my account is all verified and so on

 

so far its been 6 days and the withdrawal is still pending and speaking to customer service they are telling me they are waiting for evolution gaming to check if the game is ok?

never heard of this before and what it has to do with me i do not know have told them this but just get the same answer waiting for evolution gaming 

 

has anyone else had problems like this or is this just a normal occurrence have played many casinos online and most are 1-2 day withdrawals with no issues

Hi ryanh and welcome to the forum.

 

Hmmm..this does indeed sound very vague. What game in particular are they checking is okay? I assume you played with a bonus right? 

 

I believe they've already gone over their withdrawal time frames so it would probably be a good idea to submit a complaint now if you think they are trying to stall your payment.

I have great experience with Codeta Casino.The verification took several hours and money in my e-wallet in 24h as any EveryMatrix casino.

their live chat seems always helpful and apparently they said its normal practice to check when bigger wins are involved 

maybe im just over thinking it as other places ive used are close to next day cash outs

Codeta are trustworthy (rubbish bonus's tho)

 

If the win is large you'll find they'll check with the software provider to make sure everything all ok (game malfunctions) - happened to me, so what they're saying is reasonable (mine was 5 days but the casino put a lock on the funds)

well after the 6th day i asked live chat again and told they where still waiting so i did the silly thing in anger and reversed the withdrawal

and was not to bothered about losing it all as i was a bit fed up

 

however in always these situations when your not to fussed about winning you win even more

and managed to triple the original cash out

and now in the process of withdrawing again

i withdraw-ed on the 7th late at night and dont know if they process over the weekend but the payment is still pending at the moment

Personally i haven't tried them, but i didn't hear anything bad on any other place, so i cant really say.

I Play at Codeta and they can be trusted. However my verification took 3 days and then the withdrawal another 48 hours. After that withdrawal took 24 hours.

 

Just be a bit patient, because i felt the same way after i had to wait almost 5 days for my first withdrawal, but the money will come eventually.

update today had some good news after a painful couple of weeks waiting around

the withdrawal has been processed and now says success which means should be in my bank in a couple days

had a good chat to one of their live support people named robin he seemed to understand and got things moving

normally i have patience with casinos on slower withdrawals but when up to 7 days pending when my account was already fully verified just sent me over the edge

Just think of them sitting at their desk going 'oh...he's gonna reverse...he's gonna...got him!....10 minutes later: last spin....'

 

As a numbers guy i'd love to see some stat's about the % of pending reversed that become 0. 

 

Disappointed if this is stalling by Codeta.

Basically i was playing roulette with a free chip....i was doing 100 plus stakes at one point when the max, per their terms, was 2.50 (so just a bit over)

 

It sat pending for over a week, so i presumed they were 'auditing' it - i was just assuming they'd email and say but  then it came as processed....

 

I knew i was breaching but given that wagering was so steep i thought what the *****.

Hi, I joined the casino last week, Saturday I have accumulated a win and after a dozen 50/70 euro payments failed, I decided to withdraw the winnings, I read in the conditions of their site that for amounts not exceeding 2,300 euros would not have to be documented, but as suspected Sunday morning I received a mail from codet asking for documentation for verification.
I sent three times the required documentation on Sunday, because there was always something wrong with codet support.
On Sunday evening they passed my documentation to the security team for verification, I was told that it takes up to 48 hours for verification (weird), 30 minutes I contacted them and the hours turned 72.
There is no problem at this point now ... I hope it is not a tactic for them to re-use the withdrawal credit, also because I will not do it.
