Casino was not able to set deposit limit I have ask them to do

After i deposited and lost over 3000Eur in one casino,i have decided to set my limits to 50Eur per week. I was not able to do this manualy ,i have wrote them an email. They said that they are not able to do this in this moment. After that i have deposited and lost much more than 50eur that i have requested to be my deposit limit.

My question is , can i ask them for a refund of this funds, the funds i have deposited after I requested for a deposit limit?

They told my that they cant limit my deposits at this moment , that it will be in the fuction very soon. I dont know what eganing licence they have ,and under the responsible gaming i can find this
