I need to file a complaint for delay in payment (2 months) for Slotsgarden, a sister casino to Planet7?  However it is not included in the drop-down menu?  Anyone know why?

Not entirely sure why we don't have them here however I could hazard a guess. And Planet 7's reputation is not great at all so I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I don't think it looks good for you.

 

You won't be able to submit a complaint and I'm not entirely sure we can give you much advice when it comes to this particular brand. I assume you've exhausted your options like live chat, email etc? Has verification been carried out?

Yep, Planet 7 is notorious of refuse to pay their players. I won't surprise if they find a reason/excuses no to pay. What a bunch of crooks!

What many new players failed to see is that the people managing Planet 7 Casino probably comes from a 7th Planet somewhere! 

So they don't give a damn to us Earthlings! Hahaha.

Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. 

 

Well, the aforementioned brand has not been reviewed and added to our Casino Directory yet and considering the reputation of the other casinos belonging to the same group, I have some serious doubts it will be added anytime soon.

 

Unfortunately, there is no option to submit a complaint against a casino which is not reviewed and presented on our website though. Sorry to disappoint.
