888 understood my gambling problem and the management help me to my self exclusion they are not a business but taking care of their clients amazing. Also they send my money. My family and friends are thankfull to them 888 but not me because I'm with them everyday maybe later.

Still trying to understand what he means, so management understood his gambling problems and his family thanks 888 for something?

Sorry for late reply. My wife and the rest of family are the celebrating for my self exclusion. In short in our part we requested a non formal self exclusion and the 888 management team decided for my account suspended until certain time and self exclusion. I have a gambling problem and I spend most of the time with 888, neglected my kids and everything. What we are thankful inspite of their business and I can say I'm one of their better client every,day I played both 888 poker and casino obcourse deposit every .....$$@ day. And they come out the desicion of stopping me.I even wrote to them not to closed my account. In our part we've seen it that they are also have concern with their clients and family. I hate that they closed my account until now but it's for the better and I save a lot now.

Well I think it's great to hear that a casino has worked with you to help you gambling problem but more importantly that you are now in control? And spending time with your family, after all that's the most important thing in the world.

Hmm, any chance you might have been politely asked by the Cassava management to 'spread the word' across the major internet gambling forums about their 'generous' decision to put your casino/poker account under an active SE agreement? Something they are OBLIGED to do as per their own Responsible Gaming policies and procedures by the way..  

 

Sorry, but I just cannot get rid of the odd feeling this is just a clumsy PR trick considering the notorious fame which Cassava has when it comes to Self Exclusion matters...

I'm some kind of regular poker player in 888 maybe I might look for other casino but recreational only I rather spend my time playing live poker I'm a poker lover and in 888 they treated me fair and if I like 888 it's my own opinion not having any connection with them, if they did something wrong obcourse I will let everybody knows and more ..,, But in my experience with them it's me that I spend more time playing rather than with my family and kids.
