MiamiDice: Slow verification and slow payment

Recommended Posts

I am about to make a new personal record in waiting for my winnings. The last record was held by Casino Cruise, but Miami Dice are now about to beat that record big time!

On march 20. I make a wihdrawal of NOK 10.000 (approx USD1200). Expecing a couple of days for verification and one or two days more to receive the money. My documents was verified yesterday (after I contacted customer service). Checking my account today, the winnings are still pending. Customer service tells me to allow 48 hours for the money to be released and another 3-5 days for them to reach my bank account. Best case scenario 11 days. Worst case two weeks :D

Can anyone explain me why a casino would need 1-2 weeks to verify/pay while others do it in a couple of hours - or even minutes (Bitstarz)? Of course, they want you to cancel your request for withdrawal and hope that you will loose the money! Not very professional, if you ask me.

Another thing that I do not like too much - and this is quite embarrassing to share: I had a rather big winning over at Royal Panda (a casino I do like). I requested a $10,000.00 withdrawal. I got an email about verification, but I was not at home but on vacation so I just thought I'd wait. But I noticed that all my winnings had been transfered back to my player account. Now comes the embarrassing part: the vacation was rather boring and I started playing those winnings.. and after a couple of days ($5-10 spins on Mega Moolah Isis) the money was gone. Not crying about it - as it was my own fault thinking I could hit the jackpot - but releasing winnings back to a players account when a withdrawal is requested is not appreciated in my book.  The moral here must be: get your account verified right away even before you win something.

OK, that was my gambling blow out for today :)

Well Frozenfish...you are not alone...and you'll never be alone...

I too have made such stupid blunders before...but not as on your scale...and many others have done it too.

But asking casinos to remove that Reverse gear is like removing the Reverse gear from a car...no can do!  :p

I kid you not but when I was new to online gambling, I signed up at a casino and they gave me a free €10. I played several games and hours later I managed to win about €800. Beginners luck I guess. So I kept playing because I was on winning streak, baby! With that kinda money I could bet higher and so I did, bet €5 per spin and again won big time. Hours later my balance went from €800 to €5000. 'I'll be rich' that's what I thought and went on playing. I increased my stake to €50 per spin, lost about 1/3 of my balance but then I hit the bonus round. After the bonus round, my balance was above €12.000. It's time to cash out and so I did. I sent my documents before they'll asked for them. The next day I checked my account and my cashout was declined. Asked live chat about it and he said I have broken the bonus terms. Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. So that's my first worst day of my gambling life. The bright side is it didn't cost me a penny.

The lesson to learn is to read the terms before you play the bonus money.

Wow! That's a 12,000 EUR mistake down the throat mate...a very painful one indeed, even though it was all from free money.  :(

I know, it was very stupid of me not reading the terms. I don't like reading but we all need to learn somehow. It was painful at first but I was over it a few days later. I was excited and almost booked a ticket to Las Vegas :D

That's the most awful thing that we players can experience that we crave to reverse the pending withdrawal and then lost all of it. As the comrades said you must learn from it mate, in that way you will be able to control yourself in the future. Don't blame yourself because it happened just think that it was a lesson that you must learn.  ;)

Hi all a little question for anyone,I'm having trouble at maxx casino trying to get a reply from them,I made a withdrawl on Monday and still nothing plus no live chat even though they say it's there,so my question is if a casino has a UK license is it automatically trustworthy

Also, if you have chance to deposit from another casino just take a break and do it so you can avoid reversing withdrawal. You said that you didn't yet verified your account resulting reverse withdrawal.

Yes, my account was not yet verified and I had to wait until I got back home to do so. Rest assure, my account at Royla Panda is verified now :) And I really like Royal Panda so I think I will stick to that casino in the future!

While "reflecting" around the casinos - I have noticed that I have very little luck in the BIG casinos. I have been with Betsson for many years, but only once or twice I won something worth withdrawing there. 1200 USD once and.... well, I think it was at Betsson I got around 9000USD from a couple of years ago. But thats it! Betsafe i have never won anything. Mr. Green one or two thousand-dollars... All in all.. no Porsche yet :D

But I have said it before here: I am hunting that Mega Moolah Jackpot

Hi there,

Please feel free to start a new forum topic within the relevant forum section and ask your question there.

Nope, I'm afraid having an active UKGC licence does not necessarily mean the casino is a top notch operator where you could be 100% sure about your money, experience and so on. The recent example with Smart Live Casino is the living proof  :(

All is well, that's not a problem mate. I hope that you won and get satisfied playing. Also that's a good news for me that you're verified now and now you know your lesson from that struggle.  ;)

Oh mate, I know it's not the primary topic here but I couldn't help but respond to this. Your a bigger man than I am, I'd definitely have cried if I played back 10k... My biggest win is still only £1,200 or so after almost a decade of play, I just don't think I've got the balls to risk losing much more than that back to the casino in all honesty, so I doubt I'll ever win a life-changing sum unless it comes from some crazy once-per-session bet I occasionally do for £6-£10 per spin or similar!

15 days, MiamiDice - and no money. Wow! That it By  Far - the slowest working casino I have ever experienced! I contacted Customer Service today, asking about the money. The told me to please allow one more day for the money to get thru. So that will be 16 days to get verified and paid.
